This place is terrible needs new workers food was cold one of my sandwiches looked like someone took a bite out of my bread the kids that work hear at night time even management needs to be replaced they are few lazy please do better

Horrible ! Every time I had came here my order was messed up . Not to mention waiting in line for 30 minutes just for them to not tell me they were out of something and give me something random . Will never return to this location . It has definitely gone down hill and is horrible .

This place is the most disgusting place in Crestview Florida. They had dead hot smashed flies in there whoppers. Yes I got the Wednesday special and both Wednesday whoppers had dead hot flies.

They advertise 3 for $7 whopper Jr on the building, on the menu, on advertisements. Every other location in crestview, ft Walton, niceville, milton and pensacola have no problem honoring that deal however this location charged me $10.17 for the same order.

Put my order in on the app and went and picked up some breakfast for me and my oldest after dropping the younger one off at school. I got two sausage, egg and cheese croissant meals with OJs.

My Boyfriend and I waited 40 minutes to get our food today. We had some time to kill and because I have been craving a whopper for several days we went to this Burger King because ours here in Niceville is no longer open. When we got there the drive-thru had one car in it but there were several cars in the parking lot. We waited patiently, the car in front pulled forward so we followed and pulled up to the speaker, the employee informed us that it would be a wait before they could get to us because they were busy upfront. So we waited patiently yet again, not sure how much time had gone by, we were finally able to place our order, quickly and accurately. Pulled to the second window to pay. There was a car pulled forward but wasn't the same car that was in front of us at the beginning, I thought it odd, but assumed the other car just had a quick order. The employee that took the order took and processed our payment quickly and handed us our drinks, which were incorrectly made(I always order no ice), anytime an establishment messes up the drinks I shrug it off no big deal just means I have to finish my drink before it starts to get watered down is all no need to complain about something so small. A different employee came out and had us pull around to the front door and said he'd bring out our order, I thought that odd instead of pulling forward so we did. The same employee who took our order and payment brought us the wrong order asking if we had what they brought so they went back in. So the employee that had us drive around to the front, who turned out to be the general manager of that location, came back out and asked what we had, we told them and turns out the first employee gave our order to the wrong person. But what happened next is why I give this establishment 5 stars, they let us keep that order, I was so hangry so I was grateful to have the fries from it, while they went and pulled our ticket and had our order remade. While waiting the manager even came back out and offered to refill our drinks and I could have had them correct that mistake but could see that this establishment is struggling with finding adequate people to work here so didn't worry about it. The wait was well worth it though to finally taste that whopper at last.

I come through your drive through many mornings for breakfast. Everyone likes to start there day off with a positive attitude and a smile. You have a young lady named Kristin who has waited on me twice. I think if my order were given to me wrong, I wouldn't complain because of her up beat, positive, friendly personality. She is an example we should all learn from. She is a positive asset to your team.

Stood inside 10-15 minutes to order. No one acknowledged us or paid attention to the lobby. Orders weren't even correct. Patrons were bringing food back for correction. We left without ordering. The manager was making sandwiches. She never acknowledged anyone waiting inside to order.
