The drive thru wasn't busy. We were able to order right away. Once we ordered and pulled to the window and paid they made us pull up and wait for about 5 minutes before they brought our food to us. The food was hot and tasted good.

Customer service is poor, I did a survey on the receipt I was not aware of the purchase of a soda and fries to get the survey burger the heavy set female afro american 605pm Wednesday refused to do the right thing and get my business. Businesses like these its why they look poorly maintained and many are closing like McDonald's 👍 and that's why I continue weekly to give my business to chick fila anytime. They always make it right, YES attitude. Hard up over fries and a drink. Chick fila is healthier, great service, clean always and professional 👌

Pulled up in drive through and was asked to wait a moment immediately. Sat and waited for 20 minutes and still didn’t get to order. The car ahead of us ordered right away and was still sitting at the window 20 minutes after paying. Very slow and inconvenient place to eat.

I loved my experience this afternoon. Daniel was at the counter and we were met with courtesy, respect and excellent service. The burgers were delicious and it was well dressed without us having to ask. Met the manager Ian and it was very pleasant experience. We will definitely patronize this store again REALLY SOON!!!

It takes so long, no matter what time of day, they never have more than two people working it’s ridiculous I don’t know what’s wrong in the head with the general manager.
