Been a while since I ate at burger king. This is a newer location. Restaurant was clean and service was good. Corporate needs to remove the sugar from the buns as they taste awful. Bottom bun was hot and top was cold.

Great experience at Burger King. We stopped in and everything was honestly really good. Our food came out fresh and hot, and the order was actually right (which is rare these days 😅). The burgers tasted great, the fries were crispy, and everything looked clean inside.
The staff was friendly and didn’t make things awkward or rushed. They got us taken care of fast, and the whole visit was super easy.
Overall, really solid experience. Definitely a five-star stop for us. 🍔🔥

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the place could be cleaner, especially the restrooms but recently went there and the food was great. I first went here when it first opened and it was terrible. The fact their food has improved is a great sign they've gotten their act together and their manager is running things well. One thing for them to know, please don't put so much salt in your fries, they were wayyy too salty!

*updated 10/08/25 7:10 pm. Im leaving my last review at the end to compare. What a crap show. Waited for 2 pulled cars in front of us for our sundaes to melt. Then gave the girl $20.70 for $15.69. She dropped a dime so asked if i had more change. I gave her another dime. She gave me back 4.94 because she said i gave her a nickle. Even if did i dont know where 94 cents came from, but the considerate thing would have been to ask if I had the other change....common sense consideration doesn't take as long as you might think and it goes a long way. Nice braids, sub par brains though. And really, no marinara with the mozzarella sticks??? (This is hands down my favorite Burger King. The sandwiches are always made howbtheyre supposed to be. And fresh. You can tell they care that someone is actually going to eat this food. The fries are always hot. Like. HOT.)

Ordered through the app at 6:15 pm. Picked up at 6:20 pm. Food was ice cold and not made fresh to order. At no point in the 5 minutes from order to pickup should my food have been cold. I spent $23.50 on the order. Complained through the app as I was on my way to pick up my daughter. Very surprising that instead of offering to replace to order, they offered a $5 coupon as a consolation to the nearly $24 I spent. The coupon doesn’t even cover the food that was old and cold. Shame as this is a new location with 3.3 stars. Avoid this place. BK has really gone down hill.
Placed order at 9:16 a.m., 15 minutes later they said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before it was ready. Got a refund and left. Very poor service.

Wednesday night 5/14/25, my husband went to Burger King North Crestview. This would be his first visit since they opened. He went to the drive through. He was the only car in line. There was one car pulled up, out of line, probably waiting on food. The lady told him she would be with him in just a moment. 3-5 minutes later she had not come back to take his order so he drove off. His first visit is his last. He will not go back. If this is how they serve their customers they won’t be in business very long.
