My wife and I just had dinner. We’ve eaten here numerous times and the food and service is always good. Tonight was no different. I generally have a dinner with fish and shrimp and my wife just has the shrimp. We’re always pleased with portion size and taste. Value is a plus too. Sure it’s a fast food restaurant, but this place is bussin’!

The young lady who was serving that day was great and really all of the staff were amazing.
The food was really hot, fresh, and tasty! My husband decided to pick up dinner for the night, and it did not disappoint. He said that everyone was really nice and informative when placing our order. Before last night, I hadn't eaten here in a few years. I will definitely be going back.
Had lunch here and Aretanna served us with the southern hospitality that's slowly disappearing elsewhere in Florida. She gave us great food fast with a smile. Thanks Aretanna for a great lunch and a friendly visit. I hope this reaches someone who ranks high in this franchise… On 9/5/24 approximately 3pm, my family and I visited store #3825 in Crestview FL. The food and service was absolutely amazing compared to other Capt D’s I’ve visited in other states! The two gentleman cooks prepared the platters like old school Capt D’s. The signature fish plate had a bed cracklin/crunchies underneath. None of the other restaurants do this anymore. The young lady working the counter was so pleased and hospitable. When she wasn’t taking orders, she was cleaning!!!! This location needs to recognized for their outstanding food and service. Thank you for a wonderful lunch! Our order number was 0048

It seemed the counter workers were more involved with their private conversations than serving customers. Then there was an argument with the kitchen on what was on social media. It seems addressing customers was an inconvenience. Not a nice visit.
I came through the drive-through, and no one answered the intercom, so I backed up and tried to roll over the bell. Still no answer. I came inside after 15 minutes of waiting outside for someone to take my order. When I got inside, the woman who worked in the kitchen was just finishing speaking with a personal friend outside and finally came in to help the other staff. Also, while I was outside waiting, she sat there and talked the whole time and didn't offer any help or anything. Just a lot of attitude when she saw that I came inside. The other staff were nice, but that one girl really needs to get her priorities straight when it comes to customer service. Not only is it bad looking for her, but it looks bad on the business as well
Parking: There's always alot of parking here. They are not really that busy. At least not the few times I've been by.
