If you have a food allergy I do not recommend going to this place. I went to the one where I live in Stafford, VA on September 27, 2025 around 7pm. My family of 4. 3 of us have a food allergy. 2 allergic to mushrooms (severe allergy) and 1 allergic to shellfish (minor allergy but still allergic). We advise of our allergies every single time when we are ordering our food. Most of the time restaurants tell us that is okay and they will get it taken care of. We have been to this chili's many times before and the answer was always the same of we understand and will take care of it. I have been cooking since I was a child and professionally for 6 years before I left the field. So color me surprised when I went last night and they told me that they can't actually prevent cross contamination because they only have a flattop and use whatever is available to cook on at the time. When I asked the question about what measures they take for allergies and sensitive food they tell me the best they can do is put it on foil or maybe in the oven (burgers and steaks by the way) because they don't take the time to make sure allergens are separate from other food in general. The manager (because I asked to speak to one because I was absolutely confused and couldn't wrap my head around it) told me that they were "too busy" to make sure that they took the time to make sure cross contamination didn't happen. They did not have other measures in place to make sure allergies were taken care of. I am upset about this and I decided to leave because we couldn't take the risk. However, I am furious because we have eaten here many times before and they told us they were taking care of it and now we know they actually weren't. We never understood why when leaving there we weren't feeling well the next day or even a few hours later. Now we know that we have been ingesting small trace amounts of our allergies and I am just really happy that it was always something we could resolve before it because something serious and cost us a hospital bill. Luckily for our family, most of our allergies for now (because allergies can develop) are only deadly if we ingest it completely and not based on trace amounts which still makes us sick just not dead.
Went there with a friend and had an incredible service. I wish I caught the name of the server, but we didn’t but she was on top of it checking in with us all the time, taking our order and getting it in fast she was funny and very on top of it dang wish we caught her name.
Every time we come to Chili’s, something has been removed from the menu. First the street corn, now the Caesar salad! I can go to any restaurant in Van Buren, Arkansas and get a Caesar salad. Chilis is a disaster! My meal came out in less than five minutes, indicating to me it’s a microwaved food.
Adam and Kody are AMAZING! They are so attentive and friendly and provided the best service and experience ever! Highly recommend going to their bar during the night time!
I was really surprised by how accommodating this restaurant atmosphere was. It has mom and pop energy with franchise support. Maybe it is independently owned? Regardless, they have great customer service .
It was a bit chilly but not too busy and and too loud. Our server was awesome.

I hadn’t been to a Chilis in 6 years, I came to this location yesterday with my boyfriend and we were a bit disappointed. It wasn’t busy at all and we were seated quickly by the hostess but it took about 10-15 minutes before we were greeted by our server and placed a drink order. When it came down to ordering our food she got it in quickly but when she brought it out she didn’t bother asking if we needed refills, if everything looked good or anything. We didn’t see her at all after she brought the food and by the time she came to check on us we had already paid our bill and just needed boxes, it took her at least 15 minutes to bring us some. I feel like she forgot about us.

The waitress talked out of place, trying to answer before she heard the entire question or statement, and the service was terrible! The food is terrible!
