I hadn’t been to a Chilis in 6 years, I came to this location yesterday with my boyfriend and we were a bit disappointed. It wasn’t busy at all and we were seated quickly by the hostess but it took about 10-15 minutes before we were greeted by our server and placed a drink order. When it came down to ordering our food she got it in quickly but when she brought it out she didn’t bother asking if we needed refills, if everything looked good or anything. We didn’t see her at all after she brought the food and by the time she came to check on us we had already paid our bill and just needed boxes, it took her at least 15 minutes to bring us some. I feel like she forgot about us.

The waitress talked out of place, trying to answer before she heard the entire question or statement, and the service was terrible! The food is terrible!

My family ate here and my kids got the Nashville Hot Tenders and fries. Dad got Cajun Pasta and I got Surf and Turf 10 oz Steak order to be cooked Med. All of the food outside of the steak was unbelievable salty. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was too much cheese, sauce and salt. My steak was overcooked and flavorless. My family and I are people that understand the lost value of seasoning and flavor. This was just too much
The food is good. Sometimes takes a bit to be seated for some reason, even in the middle of the day.
Check your bill. Some of the "3 for Me" combos don't ring up properly because the drink orders are put in first. A glass of water was the difference between my tab being $30 and $60.

Went to chili's server was great at the table but the cook in the kitchen sent out cold food they sent out chicken on plate that's supposed to be chickensandwich then the cook sent out bun for me to put the chicken on it so we sent the chicken back and ask for it to be made the right way also had send back chicken Tender too they was cold

I placed a Togo order on September 27, 2024. Upon arriving at home I noticed my salad was missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady in the Togo department. After a brief hold she stated she would let the manager know and prepare my salad. She also asked how long would it take for me to arrive. I replied roughly 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant and my salad still wasn't ready.
I asked to speak to the manager. A manager named April approached me. I asked why was it taking so long to receive a salad, as between the 15 minute drive and waiting another 15 minutes I still have not received my salad. I also asked if there was anything she could do about the inconvenience? April rudely stated and I quote, "what do you expect from me, you're the one that left without checking the bag". I was shocked by her response as well as the other customers in the restaurant. April then stated, "its either the food or your money not both". At that point, I never asked for a refund, a simple apology would have been nice and my salad ready after arriving, not waiting another 25 minutes.
I waited another 10 minutes for my salad and when I received it I made sure to check it before leaving because how on earth could April mess up a second time??? Well, she did! I went back in, showed her she gave me the WRONG salad and requested a refund. No apology or acknowledgement for giving me the wrong salad. April then stated she had to get my name, email, and phone number before she can submit a refund. All of which sounded extremely dishonest, as many restaurants can simply submit a reverse credit into their POS system. I asked why do you need all of that information? April stated, "I have to contact corporate to issue you a refund, that is how Chili's handles refunds". I then questioned can I not just give you my receipt number and you do a reverse credit. April stated NO but then asked for the receipt number. So you need it now after I mentioned it but it was not needed before?
Reluctantly, I gave April the requested information and asked if I could have a receipt of some kid showing the refund. April stated "like what"? I said a receipt or something so I can have this is writing. April then stated, "I'm not trying to keep your money sweetie". I said I'd like something in writing as I do not trust your word. She then pulls out receipt paper writes, "April Scott mangel Chiis refund email 9-27-2024". Everything spelled in that manner.
Note to the Chili's corporation, April needs some serious training. If I had to guess she works on a salary. Losing a customer hurts not only with revenue but also tips for waitstaff. All of which is no concern for April. As noted before many patrons witnessed April's rude behavior. Though their experience could have been a good one, witnessing such nasty behavior from a manager would make that experience memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Because of how April handled my situation I will NEVER return to Chili's. You can save your AI generated response. I already contacted guest relations and apparently even with the limited characters my statement "I will NEVER come to Chili's again" was misunderstood. You can keep your (eBOG). I want my money back! I never received my food!

Nashville hot mozzarella sticks weren't hot at all and had no flavor. Was more like water downed hot sauce. Service was good and food came out fast

3 of us just ate lunch here for the first time. Restaurant was clean, restrooms spotless and our waitress was exceptionally nice.
I order the triple dipper, southwestern egg rolls, garlic Parmesan traditional wings and chicken crispers. Mine was fabulous. Love their buffalo dipping sauce. My husband and brother both ordered a hamburger. It was terrible according to them. Not seasoned and didn’t taste like real beef. The French fries were over - salted.
Hopefully, this can be corrected for further customers.

Brought my son in after open house at his school. Jamie was our server and took such great care of us. They were busy but she knew how to handle her tables. Food was great!
