Called in order. Arrived to establishment early 15 minutes early, thank god because I informed her I wouldn't be there for 30 minutes. I arrived and waited 8 minutes before being acknowledged. My food was ready. Supposedly, it was on the shelf for pickup. My steak was raw. Wrong sauces were provided.

No hostess. Had to call the store to make someone come to front for multiple people in line waiting to be seated even after multiple servers saw everyone waiting. Staff then seated one couple and told us we would have to wait to be seated even though only about seven tables occupied in whole restuarant. Wish I had contact info for owner to complain because I took pictures to prove it.

Hamburger was cold and dry. Asked for no bun and explained I had a gluten intolerance. Got bun, also asked for medium rare and got it cooked very dry and overdone. Had to use steak knife to cut, fork would not cut it. Fries were cold. This cost $60 with tip.

I have ordered from chili’s a lot recently, I have never had an issue until today. I orders 1x big mouth bites and a secret sauce burger. The issue was not that I didn’t receive the secret sauce burger, it’s not a big deal. What the issue is, is that I was not informed besides from writing on my receipt and still charged for it. When I called chillis the lady that answered was very rude and disrespectful while trying to keep her “professionalism” I work in customer service and this is absolutely unacceptable. I was respectful to her. I’m not sure what happened. If they didn’t inform her what to do when they were out, maybe she was having a bad day but it wouldn’t hurt you to be kind. many people do it every day even in bad days.

Hubby and I eat here occasionally, the food and service are outstanding. Waitress was so nice, wished I could remember her name but left a review on the table tablet for her. She's waited on us before and makes you feel like family, always smiling and attentive. Brought us out a special ice cream sunday which was delicious. Thanks for another good dinner.
