Not gonna lie I was skeptical to come here because of the rating BUT I’m glad I did. I’m from NY and I’m picky with my Chinese but this place is a solid 5 stars!
I got sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice. Glad I took a photo because it was gone in 5 mins. The flavor blew me away, the sauce was thick, and it had multiple vegetable..not just onions and peas.
Highly recommend this spot! Thank me later by thumbs up-ing this review!!! 😆

My family and I have been eating at China 1 for the past 5 years and we love it! Great place to order from when we want some hearty food but are not in the mood to cook ourselves 😅.

We stopped by Publix to grab something quick, but I saw this and thought we'd try it.
I spent $28 and can't eat any of it. The RAW sushi was hot. The shrimp tempura roll was made with the little baby popcorn shrimp. And the lo mein was several days old and reheated. I know bc the noodles were literally stained like they'd been laying next to the pork for several days. Also, why is the pork dyed red?
The girl behind the counter cut me off mid sentence while ordering, and the restaurant itself needs MAJOR upgrades.

Used to be the number one Chinese takeout in crestview but quality and care is starting to slowly slip. Too much crunch not enough chicken in sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken was pretty much just onion. didn't mind the price when the food was 5*. I love this place but maybe they need a raise or an employee party somethings gotta bring back the deliciousness when the love was getting put into the cookin
Ordered take out from Chinese one on April 15,2025 at around 830pm. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice. Because it was a combo I got a small pork egg roll with it. I also ordered of crab ragoons with red sauce. The business was not busy at all and I got my order within 10 minutes all the food was piping hot. The crab ragoons were top notch, were not over cooked or oily, they had pretty good amount of cream cheese filling and was delicious. The rice chicken was also pretty good. Not the best Chinese I ever had but it’s pretty good. $21 for a meal drink, and the crab ragoons is kinda pricey for a single person. The atmosphere in the business was that of any other Chinese restaurant. 4/5 stars. This location does not offer delivery.

Terrible food .fried dumplings tasted very old ... like something you found in the back of your fridge while cleaning it. On the bright side the packets of soy sauce where ok.
