I don't usually tip beforehand unless I've had consistent good results, but I came in a couple times and everything was put together well and clean so I started tipping. I believe it was a woc and a dark haired girl working late night on a Saturday that did a really great job and made me want to make sure I gave something back. Unfortunately ever since then the orders have been messy and poorly put together. I've ordered a few more times and I'm consistently handed a bag that is already wet and leaking from spilled sauce, another occasion there was an absurd amount of sour cream in my salsa, another occasion no chips came with my guac and today another leaking bag and the $8 guac was half full and has lettuce in it. I order guac pretty consistently from different locations and it's never been this low, so I don't think this is consistent with the franchise or even the previous orders I've placed here. I used to work at Moe's so I know how busy it can get but no one has ever gotten mad at me for taking a second to clean the line or make sure I dodged the stray black bean that accidentally made it into the salsa. I always made a point to do a good job and provide a meal that I'd be happy to tip for bc I understand no one wants to pay extra for crappy service. It's particularly frustrating to feel like because I tipped before hand there's less effort put in bc you already got the money out of me & therefore don't need to bother trying to earn the tip anymore. Thanks again to those of you that actually try to put people's orders together well, however at this point there have been more bad orders than good, so I'm no longer automatically tipping.

Had a complex order and thy were super helpful on getting it made right. I forgot my drinks after checkout and they gave me my drinks for no charge.

Aletha is an angel on earth!!! She provided the very best service and I’m thankful I ran into her today. I placed an order online to pick up in the drive-through and realized I had only selected rice and beans. I explained to her that I meant to select other toppings, but missed them by mistake. She promptly got all of the additional toppings and placed them into sides for me with a big smile on her face. I know this was probably a major inconvenience as they are very busy at lunchtime but she didn’t let it show. Chipotle needs more employees like Aletha!

Should have checked the reviews before stopping. Had to wait at the pickup window for 20 minutes passes my pick time. When I finally got to eat, I found out they didn’t give me the double protein I paid for. Avoid this location, there’s a reason why it’s 2.5 stars. This place sucks.

I wanted to chicken in my bowl. They were out and the worker stated “he’s making some right now it should be done soon so you want to wait?” Sure I’ll wait. I proceeded to watch them serve a good 15 customers before someone asks “sir are you waiting on anything” another worker says “he’s waiting on chicken” they offer me a drink. I politely wait another 15-20 minutes and absolutely nothing. The whole time my unfinished bowl is just sitting on the counter. After watching workers whisper and laugh to each other, I ended up leaving hungry and I truly don’t understand my experience here today. I will never return to this location.

I ordered two burritos one of them with barbacoa but it was just rice and beans not meet at all. Just two strings of barbacoa and tomato. Waste of money . Never again.

My son only eats a cheese quesadilla, but he is getting to the point that he needs a large one. There were four people standing there with no line and they refused to make one unless I ordered on line. I would semi understand if they were busy, but I just think this policy is dumb. I just left. Chipotle probably won’t miss my business since they have put this policy in place, but that’s okay, I’ll eat somewhere with better customer service.

I’ve given this place so many chances, but it’s always the same — the food is completely flavorless, no seasoning at all. Every time I come, it tastes like nothing. On top of that, the line is a mess. The staff behind the counter seem confused, disorganized, and clearly poorly trained. The cashiers — no matter who it is — always look upset and are far from friendly. If leaving a negative review is the only way to get someone to actually listen to customer feedback, then here it is.
