No smiles, no music, just the manager barking orders at the poor employees running the assembly line. You could cut the tension with a knife. Not one employee looked happy, not one. Sad experience all around. I felt very sorry for the employees.

No complaints about the quality of food just the portion. Sometimes they fill up the cup all the way, other employees only put half of something in the cup. For example let queso run all down the side of the cup, and only filled up the guac cup 3/4 of the way full. I will 100% continue to go to this location.

Was my first time coming in to a Chipotle and it was disgusting. The smell entering was horrible to then I looked at the food on the bar and it was all dried out and dirty. Had a nasty cup or something that looked like grease on the floor. Workers in the back and the others where sitting at table arm wrestle. We just walked out and going somewhere else.

Was going to get a steak bowl to go and the guy behind the counter had a nice good scoop of steak and then proceeded to shake some off.. I asked if I could just get a tiny bit more steak since a lot of it fell off the spoon when he shook it off. He then told me it would cost extra. freakin rip off when you pay so much for a bowl and don’t get that much protein

Chipotle great as usual, went in last week didn’t have the best interaction with this one employee in all honesty she had a terrible attitude and shee was being very aggressive with my food. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I do like the food as to why I keep coming back. With that said, it’s happened on more than one occasion either deliberate or by accident that I caught the cashier checking my order out for payment that I was being overcharged as my order seemed ridiculously high on these occasions. If your order seems too high it probably is and question your order for corrections. On this occasion, I got a steak bowl and ONE additional soft taco. I was charged for three but the overcharge was caught before payment. Before committing to payment verify your order(s).

One of the worse chipotles. I’ve ordered burritos from this location at least 3 times and it’s always a complete disaster. Not sure if it’s effort or lack of training. Tonight’s burrito was hardly rolled, essentially a soft shell taco just folded over with guacamole smeared all over the outside of it.

I don’t like to complain but the food here has gotten way too spicy to the point I stopped going. Its inedible. I paid over 10 dollars for a bowl and took one bite and had to throw the whole thing out. A few months back their food was excellent and I’ve always like chipotle whether I’m in Ohio or fl but management needs to take a step back and go back to the original recipe I even noticed at this particular location not only are there basically no customers but they downsized their staff so it’s one person waiting on all the customers and cashiering. From a customer service perspective this location needs a major overhaul.

Just ate here. I frequent chipotle in other locations, but would never come to this one again. The meat was freezing cold, the rest of the food was tasteless. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Do not go.

Hadn't had Chipotle in a minute and this location did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly. And all the salsas were fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Leaving this review based on sustained poor customer service . I have patronized this location several times and each time, the customer service has been less than adequate. After being the single customer waiting in line for more than 5 Mins and having 5 different employees walk around me and restock the line , have conversations , pass out delivery orders etc hat walked in after I had already been waiting … without any acknowledgment. No welcome , no service , no acknowledgment whatsoever. Normally I don’t notice but again , it was only me in the store . No customers before or after me . The employees literally walked to the line where I was 5 times , locked eyes with me and continued doing whatever they were doing . Not lunch time or rush hour . 3:45 pm . The line was fully stocked . I ultimately just turned around and left . Not an isolated incident & disappointing that this is the only local location . High turnover rate and poor training .

Stingiest chipotle of all time, gave me 1/8 scoop of rice in my burrito and got an attitude when i asked for more, gave me a kids quesadilla sized portion of food for the price of a burrito and all the workers are unprofessional
