I absolutely love this Cracker Barrel. My son lives in Crestview, so we visit often. Store is clean, food is served hot and fast, bathroom was well kept. Love shopping in country store with grandchildren after a Sunday lunch.

Burger Overcooked hard around the edges, NO specific detail on where to pick up the food, NO condiments offered/available (ketchup for steak fries) None.

We had a fairly new waitress. She was super sweet and friendly. I ordered crispy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing and my husband ordered the meatloaf with 2 sides. Our order came out, his exactly what he ordered. Mine, 2 fried pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli. I stared and so did my husband. I asked where my salad was and she profusely apologized! Asked if I still wanted it. Not wanting to waste food said no I would eat it. (I was still recovering from being very sick and salad was what I needed, not something so heavy). I finally gave up and my husband found our waitress. She brought me a side salad. We then found out from her the kitchen manager told her to take both plates to our table, no ifs ands or buts about it. Being new she did as she was told. Our response to her was , check your ticket and it if doesn’t match let the kitchen know you are still waiting for your order, not what’s sitting under the salamander. She thanked us for helping her and being understanding. Managers should never force a server or waitress to take orders that are not on the ticket just to get it out to the dining room. I’ve been a food service manager and have encountered other managers with rude behavior regarding orders. Get your attitude out of the kitchen!

Wife & I had the Breakfast-For-Two, that included 2 eggs, bacon, biscuit & gravy, apples, cinnamon rolls, for 19.99.. Can't get any better than that anywhere.... Loved it.

Everything was very nice. We especially appreciate The amazing service we received from our server Jay. He was attentive, kind, informative, and all around what we look for in a great server. Way to go, Cracker Barrel!

I’ve had a problem with the hostess at this Cracker Barrel MORE THAN ONCE!! It’s actually a little funny. I am a widow and rarely go to a restaurant by myself but sometimes when I’m traveling, it can’t be avoided. Each time I have gone to this Crestview location, the hostess has tried to seat me in the table nearest the entrance. Almost in the hallway!! Even though the restaurant was near empty. This is insulting and degrading. And it’s happened several times at this location. Shame on you yo treat an older single woman like this. No other Cracker Barrel has done this…I always leave a generous tip as a single, but this makes my blood boil…

Location was good. Just no left turn ln on highway 85. Cracker barrel atmosphere was loud at times
