One of the best I've seen around. There is a store at the entrance and the waitresses are super nice. Coffee refill is included.

We always love Cracker Barrel. Today, the food was great and atmosphere was wonderful. We like to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast before anyone of our adult children leave for their home. The only problem today was just a small bit of disorganization perhaps. We received our Eggs and meat and drinks, but one of our orders was missing the hash brown casserole and we had to ask for the biscuits and gravy that we’re supposed to come with the meal. Other than that, we typically never have a problem with the Crestview Cracker Barrel. And we love to shop the store as well.

Horrific experience, no the food or the service, both were very good. The problem was the lady sitting in the table next to me, feeding her dog not a service dog, just a dog from the table with her hands. She was dunking her fingers in gravy and feeding it to the DOG! Just when I thought it couldn't get more disgusting, her husband decided he needed to help,so he dug right in and fed the dog....with his fingers in the gravy. I understand a service dog, but just a regular dog, in a restaurant.....nope! At the end of this nightmare....the lady talked some servers into singing happy birthday......to the dog. Wow!

Quality of food definitely not what it used to be. Seems like overnight they switched up. Maybe different distribution company or something. Had this experience my last two times.

Rhonda was our server and she was perfect! The hostess (Evangelina ?) wasn't having a good day. She didn't not greet us, I said "hi, 2 people ". She grabbed our menus & silverware, led us to the table. Set down the items& walked away, all without speaking to us... very uncomfortable situation. Food was great & brought our fairly quick.

A meal was picked up today and it was extremely disappointing. The green beans were full of onions, zero flavor, the biscuits were cold and hard, and even after paying an upcharge for a baked potato, it was not completely done. It tasted old, like it was leftover from yesterday. Huge disappointment for a $47.00 meal for 2. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible price. Hard, cold biscuits, and a cold, old, hard baked potato.

1. Had to ask three times times for napkins.
2. I asked for condiments when I ordered. By mid-meal, I still didn't have them and had to ask again.
3. I was about half way through with my meal and my baked potato still hadn't come. I asked the waitress. She smiled and said,"oh, it's coming." I told her to cancel because I didn't want my potato for dessert! She said, "I'll talk to the manager about it." Nothing to discuss from my perspective. They obviously have trouble coordinating a complete meal in a timely fashion.
4. My brother had completed finished his main course, shepherds pie, THEN they brought out his cheesy tots! It was supposed to be a side with his pie, not dessert.
5. Same thing with my sister's meal. She got part of the meal, then they brought out a side, then as she was eating, they brought out her third side. Then they brought her condiments. The fried okra was cold.
6. The quality of the food was disappointing. The edges of the shepherds were greasy. The waitress did not ask me how I wanted the steak. So when I got it, it was well done, not medium as I would have preferred. It was off putting to bite into several pockets of steak fat. Yuck!

So, I can say with honesty, I don't plan on going back. It was a bad and disappointing experience and hard on the pocket book!

My wife meal was Cold. Sent back and canceled the meal. We have eating at the Crestview CB for over 20 years, it use to be our favorite. The last few times eating there the quality of food has significantly diminished. The service is still good.

Loved the chicken fried chicken. Mashed potatoes were cold and looked smashed not mashed and horrible with some dried gravy. I asked for a side of gravy thinking it would help but that looked like it had been overcooked in the microwave. The fried okra was good. My son’s macaroni and cheese was burnt and he barely touched it. We have always loved Cracker Barrel but the last two visits have been horrible and I don’t know if we’ll go back. It wasn’t even busy when we were there for dinner on Friday night.

Cracker Barrel exceeded our expectations! The catfish dinner was perfectly cooked—crispy outside, tender inside. The sides were delicious, and the service was warm and attentive.

A cozy atmosphere made for a delightful dining experience. Highly recommend!
