We live 5 miles away and they won't deliver. The app also never works so I can't even place an order for pickup unless I call (and not get to use/gain rewards points)

Place a delivery order at 4pm asking for it to be delivered at 6pm. Called at 6:30pm and my order was put as a carry out. Remember I already paid and was charged for delivery. They won’t deliver in my area after dark. Only thing the manager had to say was ‘she will give me a refund.’ Then she simply said have a good night and hung up. So I have company over and no pizza.

Everything was fresh but the location is terrible and so is the parking lot I mean it doesnt matter if you get delivery but if you're picking up its limited spaces on a very busy street so leaving and coming are tough I feel bad for the delivery drivers 😭 also the inside cam literally only fit 5 people

The cost of food is steadily rising, so when u order pizza u expect it to be right. Instead u get home to feed it to ur kids and they can't even eat their pizza cuz it's burnt black across the whole top half of ur pizza. Knowing good and well they seen all that. The pepperonis were like chewing gum. If u don't want to do your job then quit. Stop wasting people's money...
It is always a great and pleasant experience and agreeable for the price you pay.

The young woman that told me she hardly EVER has any complaints needs to take a look at the reviews for HER Domino's location! I ordered a Deluxe pizza that only comes with two meats and the rest are vegetables. My pizza was missing the Italian sausage and was light on the Pepperoni! How do you miss one of only two meats on the pizza?? It was also supposed to be the New York style crust. It wasn't at all. It was cut into six small slices as it was more medium than large. It has a hand tossed crust thickness. NY style is thin with six large foldable cuts. I've ordered the New York style many times before. See my photos! Also NO SAUSAGE. I was also overcharged because I paid more for an extra ingredient and yet they left one main ingredient off!! Time to get a new pizza place.

It took 58 minutes to get my pizza tonight. I actually called the Domino’s phone line to place the order, but couldn’t understand the lady from Thailand who tried to help me.
So, I drove from my motel to this particular Dominos to place my order in person. They told me it would take 20–30 minutes. Exactly 58 minutes later, they still couldn’t find my order. They finally did and the young lady who waited on me, whose name I don’t recall, was very rude and curt.
Not sure how this particular location stays in business.
