Francis and Patrica are FABULOUS. I had a super hard time at the register and was almost in tears. They were so kind and compassionate for my situation. They genuinely care. A great manager makes a great team and this store is definitely a place to take notes from. I appreciate their dedication to make my experience a good one. Round of applause for this store.

We live 5 miles away and they won't deliver. The app also never works so I can't even place an order for pickup unless I call (and not get to use/gain rewards points)

Place a delivery order at 4pm asking for it to be delivered at 6pm. Called at 6:30pm and my order was put as a carry out. Remember I already paid and was charged for delivery. They won’t deliver in my area after dark. Only thing the manager had to say was ‘she will give me a refund.’ Then she simply said have a good night and hung up. So I have company over and no pizza.

Everything was fresh but the location is terrible and so is the parking lot I mean it doesnt matter if you get delivery but if you're picking up its limited spaces on a very busy street so leaving and coming are tough I feel bad for the delivery drivers 😭 also the inside cam literally only fit 5 people

The cost of food is steadily rising, so when u order pizza u expect it to be right. Instead u get home to feed it to ur kids and they can't even eat their pizza cuz it's burnt black across the whole top half of ur pizza. Knowing good and well they seen all that. The pepperonis were like chewing gum. If u don't want to do your job then quit. Stop wasting people's money...
