I don't know why I try. Every couple of years I get a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin. And every couple of years it is burnt. Like literally the four times that I've gotten breakfast here it's been burnt every time. And it's not just this location it's every Dunkin location. Donuts are fine but they cannot cook.

Super rude experience I had. They forgot my avocado toast and my hasbrowns. When I went in, they acted like I was stupid and very unnecessarily rude. Never coming back here again. 0/10

Service was terrible the young girls working there just keep making googly eyes at my boyfriend while they were suppose to be working and even followed him to the door waving by to him. Weird.

I've been here several times without issues ordering or receiving my food accurately and quickly. Though it would be a better experience if there was a bike rack in the lot so I had a safe place to park my bike; I'd visit more often if this were the case.
The decor and general vibes are a bit too industrial and efficient for my taste. "Buy stuff and get out" is what this store screams while you're there.
The food, while VERY overpriced, is usually good.

The lady at the counter was probably the only person pleasant in that restaurant! I ordered my food and then realized they had something else that my husband wanted, so I went back to the counter and ordered to add to my order.
With only 1 person ordering after me.
Now, yes, they did start to get busy after that. However, they had plenty of staff... but yet we still were waiting for a long time.. After I started to see people start to leave that placed there orders after me and and I only had my first order I went up to ask about my added order I then was told and I quote "I have to wait they were making other orders!" What, that's how we speak to customers now. ??
My daughter placed hers on the app before we even parked and walked in and still didn't get hers until right before I received my second order. To find out, they made her stuff wrong, and she had to go back inside to get it corrected, which then they made her feel like she was in the wrong. The customer service there needs some major work.. I am a repeat customer with DD where I live, and I was very disappointed with the service here!

The worst service I’ve ever had. Workers were extremely rude. I ordered a bacon wake up wrap and they gave me a bag of bacon. THEN expected me to pay if I wanted what I ACTUALLY ordered.

Drinks always made well but this has to be the slowest dunkin in the country. Every other dunkin can serve your food within second of getting to the window. This one you have to sit even for just a drink. And food they make you pull around and the wait is even longer. Nothing fast about this establishment.

This place is great. There are many coffee options. Especially like the tall woman who works there – she may be a manager— who is very gracious.
Their breakfast menu is awesome.
Unlike the Arkansas coffee shop across the street, the prices are visible.
Would be nice if Dunkin corporate provides/shows more low-carb coffees in displays and in the app so we don’t have figure out how to order them.
Also, would be nice if there were more special days, mass staffing of employees, and special advertising.
Recommended dishes: Sausage Egg and Cheese, Chocolate Creme, Omelet Bites
Tallia gave us exceptional service during our stop to get coffee and a quick breakfast. She was very personable and helpful.
Also, Google does not allow me to recommend coffee(??) here when that is literally what we stopped for. My daughter enjoyed her blueberry doughnut coffee and I had a chai latte. Always a fave!! And the avocado bacon toast (just listen to the sound of its savory goodness), also not among the options to recommend per Google, is delectable and exceptional!

Decided to try their coffee this morning...
Small coffee cost $3... SOOO NOT WORTH it! Not to mention the coffee had coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup, which i noticed while pouring it out. It didn't even smell like, nor did it taste like coffee.
Such a disappointment! If I could give 0 stars I would..

Service is awful, luckily their are other donut shops, mom and pop locations but this brand is a matter of time before it goes out of business.

Service is awful and employees are rude and have sence of entitlement on how they treat customers. The donuts I got were who knows how old but were not fresh tasting. Won't visit again and won't recommend
