Good food a little pricey had 3 bowls and a burrito a little over 80 buck but the food was good not as hot as advertised though

I came in September 6 on my 30 min break , And had to wait 5 minutes for the worker to get done talking to her boyfriend. When I walked away she asked me how I was doing, I just kept walking. Mind you she walked right passed me prior talking to her boyfriend.

I hate that when they updated the site, you can no longer reorder from your previous orders like you used to be able to. It makes it a lot more difficult if you’ve found what you like and want to just reorder. That’s my only complaint.

I got a burrito delivered to me. It was falling apart and there was something crunchy inside the burrito even though I didn’t order anything that would be crunchy. I think the rice might have been very undercooked.

These burritos aren't bad, just not my favorite. Good service, overall average experience.
I placed an online order and picked it up. I drove home and we opened our orders. All but one order was missing the queso that we paid extra for. I took 3 of the 5 items back to the restaurant and asked for the items to be remade. The worker (Mary) was extremely rude throughout the entire exchange. She told me that she made the order and that it was not her fault the order was made incorrectly. She told me that it was my fault the food was made incorrectly because I took too long to return to the store to get it fixed. I returned to the store within 15 minutes of departing. We had a burrito supreme that was missing queso. We had a li'l burrito that was supposed to be smothered and was not. We had an order of two founder's chicken tacos that were supposed to have queso added and only one of them had queso. Those three items were brought back and shown to Mary. She berated me the entire time I was there telling me it was not her fault and that it was my fault for taking thirty minutes to come back. She said that she called the manager named “Jessica” and she said not to remake the cold food or refund the cost and that she could offer us a small cup of queso and nothing else. She said that me taking thirty minutes to come back did not justify her remaking $50 worth of product. I asked how it was $50 worth of product when the entire bill was only $30 and I only brought half of the items back to be fixed. She said well it was actually $32 and pointed to my receipt. I asked how it came out to be thirty minutes when I was back in 15 minutes and she said well you had to wait for me to help the customer that was in here and then I had to call the manager and she said not to remake the food or give you a refund because it had been too long. We went home with cold incorrectly made food and a cup of queso on the side.

Honestly, I've tried a lot of different places in Crestview, and by far, this is one of the best. I like it much better than chipolte. They have a lot of vegetable options for vegetarians and their protein options are very good

Kaleb was extremely helpful and had great energy. This was my first time trying Hothead Burritos and I will definitely be coming back Thanks to Kaleb and the awesome food! Give him a raise , it’s hard to come across employees that are helpful these days.

I usually have wonderful service here. I have only had bad service a few times, one male employee makes the burritos so small. Then tonight I went and the women M charged me for queso on both of the burritos I ordered even though I didn't get any queso. She also completely ignored my child when she said thank you multiple times right to her face. Their burritos are too spendy for what you get.
