Came in 30 minutes before closed and was told the only option was to go. As a chef I get it some days are slow. But it’s the only option is to go 30 minutes before closed that should be listed. Was my favorite restaurant in town.

Great service and food. The serving sizes are big, and most come with side dishes. If you get a chance to try any of the specials they have, please do so. Some of the best dishes I've tried were from the special. I recommend everything on the menu because I've never been disappointed by something I've ordered. Also recommend their monthly classes, Im not a good cook, but I can replicate the recipes I've learned there.

Amazing food and great service! They have bakery items you can buy after you eat as well and they had so many classic dishes I can't wait to go back and try more!!

Absolutely amazing food. Everything I had was an absolutely blast of flavor. The food was so good I was easily able to tune out a crying baby inside at the time. The waitress was very kind, and suggested a very delicious dessert. Portions are all perfectly sized.
Absolutely worth your time. Comfortably expect $20 per adult, and kids have a cheaper menu option.

We travel n move a lot due to work, so every time we find our little Korean spot, from Korea, Maryland, Hawaii, Boston to GA so along the way we discover different cuisine. I will say this one is not too far out from what real Korean bbq is, food was good, definitely disappointed on the portions n of course price. Is extremely pricey, the service was ok, drinks were ok too. It caters to younger vibe but not so much true old Korean style dinning. We lived in Korea for 4 yrs so comparing it might be a disadvantage to the restaurant but still no worth our second come around
Must visit before you go Destin!!!

Delicious Homemade Korean Food. Not saying the other Korean restaurants are bad, but in taste Hot Kimchi is far superior. Price to portion ratio is a little lower then the others but the taste more then makes up for it. I think I'm a little addicted to the Stone Bowl Bibimbop.

We eat here quite often and the food is fantastic. Very authentic and flavorful. I try to get something different each time, and must say the spicy pork cutlet was BOMB! We enjoy going here and feel it is priced right as well. Knowing they offer cooking classes every month as well makes this place even more enjoyable! Can't wait to take one to learn how to cook our favorite dishes!

I absolutely love this place. Our server was fantastic. I didn't catch their name but they had fantastic earrings and curly hair! You were great! The food is always awesome. The pomegranate tea was awesome as well.

We were in town for a few days and literally went to Hot Kim Chi two nights in a row because we enjoyed it so much.
Atmosphere was very cute. It is a very small restaurant with only 7 tables, and was constantly busy when we were there. (Friday and Saturday) We did not have to wait which was awesome.
Both nights service was nice and we were able to get our food quickly. Boricha tea was amazing.
Food was sooo good! Very remiscent of a restaurant close to home. We got a different soup to start with, both were good. We got banchan, those were good. We ordered Mandu and rice cakes on a stick for appetizers, which were good. The dinner was spicy chicken ramen and spicy beef ramen. Those were really good, flavorful Broth. We also got stone bibimbop and budaejigae which those were amazing. Portions looked a little small at first, but the bowls were never ending. The little bakery sweets and ice creams were equally delicious.
Thank you!
