First I wanted to say to the only 2 men working last night our food was still awesome and ya'll deserve a raise! I also want to say even when busy or short staffed we always have had delicious food! Sure it may take a little longer sometimes but we are more than willing to wait for the quality ingredients used! Most of your employees are super helpful and kind! Thank you for feeding our family when I don't feel like cooking!

Absolute horrible experience with zero display of professionalism, empathy, and poor customer service. I ordered my sub, a #8 add pepperoni on the mobile app at 7:09 pm. I arrived at 7:21 pm to wait an additional three minutes for an estimated time of receipt. Seven in-store customers and two mobile order customers received their orders. At 7:34 pm I asked about my order and the employee said, "Oh, that is it on the prep line." I requested a refund immediately at 7:34 pm and didn't receive my refund until 7:42 pm, no apology or attempt to make it right, and the amount refunded doesn't match my order receipt. When mentioned, I was informed the tip of $2, "would fall off upon crediting."

I’ve ordered the same sub over the past few years at the Destin and Niceville locations with no issues whatsoever. Tonight was my first Crestview visit and when I asked if they could grill the Italian. I know it’s not menu, but has never been told no anywhere else. The young lady looked at me and said NO. When I asked if she was kidding she said “ Only if you are pregnant”. I assumed she was kidding when asked again and she stated NO we cannot grill it… I’m confused… not even a Goodbye thanks for your business. 5 Teenagers in the store acting as expected when unsupervised. SMH

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Waited for an hour for our food that was forgot about and then blamed on the person who did his job correctly.Only apology was blaming someone then saying oh hey here's a free sub, nah i really wanted my money back. Yall can keep your dumb coupon.But I will give 100000 stars to the man who took my order Joey, he was the one who realized something was wrong.Definitely do not recommend and I hope they don't stay long ?

My new go-to sub place. Bit pricey, but worth it. They certainly aren't stingy with the toppings. If you're not planning to eat what you ordered right away, I would highly recommend getting your oil and vinegar on the side(that goes for any sub place), unless you just enjoy soggy subs.

I can confirm what other reviewers are saying. We arrived at our order pickup time and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes even though the store was empty. The bag for our order just sat there empty and multiple employees ignored it. My husband had to ask about our order, then they finally made it.

It’s the holiday season I guess. I’ve been in the store waiting for near 45 minutes and they just now started to make my food. It wasn’t busy when we I got here. Maybe the employees will get it together with time. My visit has been stressful to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend this location unless it’s dead inside. Not unless you feel like camping
