We started with the chips, guacamole, and cheese dip, and right away it set the tone. The dips were cool and thick, but the chips were a total letdown…stale, heavy, and just plain lifeless. Fresh, crisp chips would’ve made all the difference, but these fell flat.
For the main course, I tried the carne sope, and unfortunately, it didn’t redeem the experience. The asada had no depth of flavor..it was chopped so small it felt more like ground beef than a proper cut. Definitely underwhelming for something that should’ve been the star of the plate.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. Staff in the back were loud enough to distract from the meal, and while the service wasn’t outright rude, it was curt and gave the impression that our being there was more of an inconvenience than anything else.
Overall, the food lacked flavor, the chips lacked freshness, and the service lacked warmth. Not the kind of spot I’d be excited to revisit.

This is actually my favorite local resturaunt in crestview. The staff here are very attentive and seem to actually care about your dining experience. After only a couple visits they remembered my family from past visits and even when I get a server who doesnt know us, the ones that do will come to say hi, I enjoy that. The food is very good, and they have a good selection. I recommend the steak mexicano. The atmosphere is vibrant, yet laid back. They also have good, cold, draft beer, big plus.

First time eating here the experience was great. Jesus our server it was very personable and came and checked on this multiple times during our dining experience. The food looks great and taste even better. There was plenty of parking in great seating available. The food arrived rather quickly and the price was fair.

So we aren't from this area and just got into town and Mexican food isn't what we wanted at first but settle for this restaurant cuz we couldn't locate the desire restaurant 🙃 but staff was rude and we found a hair in our food!! So upon telling the staff we didn't receive any more service tell it was time to bring the check we should have left after finding the hair in chips but we prayed over the food when it was brought out and hope to not be on the toilet. They serviced all the Caucasian people but of course we were the only African Americans in here and were treated like garbage and staff didn't want to compensate us for the hair

I went in with my mom and we had a lovely time. It was clean and well managed, with a fun and festive atmosphere. We ordered the Señor Tim Dip and she got Buy One Get One Free Margaritas - both were very good. Our server, Luis, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back some time soon!
This is my parents' fav, and I can see why! The margaritas are the best and you can't beat them, buy one, get one free! Also, the service is always amazing! Shout out to Sandra!

My family and I are new to the area and stopped in here for dinner one night. The authentic dishes my husband and I got were great. Very flavorful and fresh. We even joked saying getting Mexican food anywhere else is going to be a joke compared to this. The servers were polite and even recognized us from previous visits. Highly recommend.

Stopped here on road trip from CA to Florida. The food was good. 2 for 1 margaritas and plenty of salsa and chips. The food was good and served quickly.

Service can be extremely slow when busy, say for almost 30 min without a single offer for service at the bar. However once they finally acknowledged me and my order was in, they kept it going well. However it took another 25 min to even get the check, I could see only one table in the entire place with customers. Mind you it had about 12 to 15 dinners at the table.
It's a great place to grab some actually good mex, friendly people and good drinks. Your experience may be different than mine. So give it a shot.

The server was absolutely rude. Incredibly rude. She seemed like she didn't have the time of day for anyone in our party of 6. Verbal and physical sighs with anything we asked for. People in our party actually had to tell her everything was ok and to relax. Everything was a chore or a task. I would absolutely avoid this place if this is the type of representation they support for their business.
