The food has always been at the same level of subpar to not trigger a negative review, but after yesterday’s order, I am almost forced too. A worthy mention that ties to my complaint is time management does not exist here. You can place an online pick-up order for a specific time well in advance and still bet on having to wait a minimum of 10 minutes past pick up time for your food.
We ordered very basic Detroit style pizzas as we do every pizza night. Waited my extra 10 minutes past pick up time (Between 1430-1530) just to receive these pizzas before you. The pizzas were significantly smaller than they ever are, my ‘extra’ toppings I paid for were surely not ‘extra’, and to top it all off, two of the pizzas were COMPLETELY RAW. Please answer why I am waiting past my pick-up time, to get raw oily pizzas. Pretty discouraged from ever returning to this establishment to say the least.

Home slice at the counter told me it was going to be an hour wait for a single pizza, so I left. Got home and conveniently saw my neighbor getting out of his car with his Little Caesars order. He said it just took him 10 minutes at the same location. Don't know why I was told an hour.

We ordered two pizzas for delivery. While they arrived hot, and one pizza was exactly as ordered, the second had no sauce and only half the pepperoni. We called, and the crew on that evening made a new pizza immediately. They walked us through the making of the pizza, put it in the oven, and when it came out, there was a huge bubble in the center due to a fault in the oven. All the cheese and sauce had slid to the sides because of the bubble. The staff gave us a new pizza for free. They were professional, helpful, and exceptional.

I’ve tried to order food here 2 nights in a row now. Both times I have come in, they’ve told me they have no food to serve me. Not only that, they tell me they can’t make anything because they have large orders…. This place needs some management change or some type of help because clearly they aren’t capable of making pizza.

This location never answers the phone for pickup orders. They never have “hot and ready” pizzas hot and ready. Even when I ordered through the app for pickup 30 minutes later, I still had to wait 20 minutes for two pizzas. It doesn’t make sense. The only appeal of little Caesar’s is that it’s supposed to be quick and cheap. And anymore it’s neither.

This little Caesars may be understaffed but it’s blessing to be so close by! Yes they may get a little behind but the customer service makes up for it! They make up for the wait, thank you for taking care of us when we come 🤟🏼
