I like to come grab a quick pizza. I waited and waited at the window for over 5 min, nobody came, I called they never answered. This is at 10:30, they’ve been open 1/2hr. I got a cheese ready to go. No sauce on the entire outer half of the pizza and very little cheese. Worst pizza I ever got at this location and it used to be the BEST Little Caesar’s for 100 miles! I’m going to try and reach out to the franchise owner and tell them they went from Hero to Zero in one visit ?

I ordered a deep dish with crazy bread and got home only to find out the crazy bread had no seasoning, no butter NOTHING just bread shoved into the bag. My husband had to go back and ask for another to be done correctly and the lady at the front said “it’ll be about 30-40 min” UM for crazy bread?!?! I mean I get you’re busy but it’s not my fault you decided it was okay to give me plain bread in the first place.

Nasty! No leadership in this store. My pizza had a hair in it and they refused to help me. They said "how do we know its not your hair" No one in charge to speak with. It also was evident someone was vaping in the food prep area when I came to return the pizza.

I must vent my dissatisfaction with the customer service at your South Ferdon location in Crestview, Florida, during my visit on July 22. The young male employee behind the counter showed unprofessional customer service skills throughout my interaction with him. After an initial mix-up with my order, when I was handed one pizza that did not belong to me, rather than the correct order that I was coming to pick up, when I received my correct order, it was with an "I-don't-care-about-you" and "you're-wasting-my-time" attitude rather than a courteous "here's your order" approach. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I expect better from a company like Little Caesars. I will never visit this location again in the future as I hope to never encounter that employee again. I urge corporate to address the overall negative customer service issues at the South Ferdon location in Crestview, Florida, to ensure it does not happen again to other customers and to improve the overall customer experience at this location.
Ordered a pizza and 2 boxes of puffs on Saturday, July 13th at 11:43am. The employees there were all very young and played around joking with each other instead of making my food. It took them over an hour to cook my food (again, a SINGLE pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of crazy puffs). My delivery driver sat there for over forty minutes watching them goof off and when she asked for an update the female working turned around and walked away without acknowledging her. There were no other customers and it was not busy. The pizza was also jacked up and the puffs were dry and cold. When I called the store the female that answered the phone said she was the manager on duty and then hung up on me. When I called later to get the store managers info, a young man who gave his name as “Gerald” told me there was no manager on duty, and he had no idea the managers name. When I asked him to get someone who did he laughed and said they were all new employees and no one knew who the manager was. Thankfully I was refunded through the online app. This is the norm at this store…I’ve sat at the drive through and had employees see me and completely ignore me. The service at this location is HORRIBLE.

Went into this store today for lunch. It's noon time and no one is in the front to wait on customers. After waiting 5 minutes and 3 employees looked at me I finally asked if anyone was working. I ordered a lunch combo and this is what I got when I opened the box. Very disappointing that they would serve this to a paying customer.

Although there are 3 sensors visible in the drive thru ground and side. And the employees see you thru the drive thru window they will not acknowledge you until you press a 3rd sensor. The doorbell right by the door…
