We ordered two pizzas for delivery. While they arrived hot, and one pizza was exactly as ordered, the second had no sauce and only half the pepperoni. We called, and the crew on that evening made a new pizza immediately. They walked us through the making of the pizza, put it in the oven, and when it came out, there was a huge bubble in the center due to a fault in the oven. All the cheese and sauce had slid to the sides because of the bubble. The staff gave us a new pizza for free. They were professional, helpful, and exceptional.

I’ve tried to order food here 2 nights in a row now. Both times I have come in, they’ve told me they have no food to serve me. Not only that, they tell me they can’t make anything because they have large orders…. This place needs some management change or some type of help because clearly they aren’t capable of making pizza.

This location never answers the phone for pickup orders. They never have “hot and ready” pizzas hot and ready. Even when I ordered through the app for pickup 30 minutes later, I still had to wait 20 minutes for two pizzas. It doesn’t make sense. The only appeal of little Caesar’s is that it’s supposed to be quick and cheap. And anymore it’s neither.

This place needs an overhaul. Slow service. Rude employees. Lack of leadership. Would not answer phone. Breadsticks were rock solid and burnt.
The pizza from here is usually pretty good, but I just tried to pay with a Little Caesars gift card and was told that I couldn’t because they’re attached to the Cefco?!

I like to come grab a quick pizza. I waited and waited at the window for over 5 min, nobody came, I called they never answered. This is at 10:30, they’ve been open 1/2hr. I got a cheese ready to go. No sauce on the entire outer half of the pizza and very little cheese. Worst pizza I ever got at this location and it used to be the BEST Little Caesar’s for 100 miles! I’m going to try and reach out to the franchise owner and tell them they went from Hero to Zero in one visit ?

I ordered a deep dish with crazy bread and got home only to find out the crazy bread had no seasoning, no butter NOTHING just bread shoved into the bag. My husband had to go back and ask for another to be done correctly and the lady at the front said “it’ll be about 30-40 min” UM for crazy bread?!?! I mean I get you’re busy but it’s not my fault you decided it was okay to give me plain bread in the first place.

Nasty! No leadership in this store. My pizza had a hair in it and they refused to help me. They said "how do we know its not your hair" No one in charge to speak with. It also was evident someone was vaping in the food prep area when I came to return the pizza.
