I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I can’t get ahold of someone on the phone. One of my pizzas wasn’t cut, which is fine, but some of the salt was way too much and made parts of it inedible. My biggest issue is parts of my order is missing and no way to fix without driving there. Unfortunate, the rest was delicious though.

Pizza had a long black hair but was good. Please tell your pizza guy to cut his hair off if he is gonna be serving pizza or just put him on the cash register.

I will say little ceasars does rotate quite a few workers. (But that's pretty much everywhere today) it's However, christa at the register was super friendly, hustling hard and being polite and moving fast. She gave very good customer service. That is also very rare today). Thumbs up. ?

In reference to response: you kidding? Perfect day when I am in Crestview has to end with Lil Ceasers. Movies, popcorn and pizza. Was in town and saw north end was close I literally drive all the way across town. Like both stores and both crews.
Received our pizza by the time we got home we realized the pizza we ordered was completely un-cut. How do you box a pizza without even cutting it? Isn’t that your job? I remember last time I had to get a refund because of how the pizza was awful quality and now uncut lol. What a joke. Suddenly remembered why I quit ordering from this location. The one in Fort Walton we never had issues

This has to be the worst pizza and service I have ever have! I ordered 2 large pizzas and hot wings. The pizza that was delivered was not even what I ordered, the quality and taste was disgusting. Oh and the wings, never received them. I also ordered well in advance of the time that wanted it delivered, they were still over 30 minutes late. This will be the first and last time I will order from little caesars!

So unprofessional! Never answer the phone even when no one is in the store. They totally ignores the calls. Person at the counter wearing beats headphones. What has become of the fast food industry and the untrained youth of today

The last 3 times that I've ordered pizza and crazy bread from the South Ferdon location, it has all been over cooked and unedible.
Went in for a thin crust pizza told wait was 5 minutes leave 30 minutes later with a classic pepperoni as the girl called my names slammed pizza on counter very rude. If you don’t want to be at work don’t come and bring bad vibes to your place of employment. Making pizza is not a difficult job! I tried to call won’t answer the phones at all. Went inside phone ringing 3 people standing around no one would even answer the phone! Need a whole need crew in this place!!!

Terrible. Pizzas look like they were made by a third grader; Under cooked, toppings dropped on like it was getting in the way of being on TikTok. Called the manager, he was more concerned that i said I don’t want to give my name because I don’t want them F-ing with my next order than anything else. I’ve ordered pizza from here regularly since it opened, Never again; I don’t care if the whole staff is replaced, not ordering here again ever.Update: Deleted my account and app
