I ordered some pulled pork because I was pressed on time for a get-together. It may have been the best decision Ive made in my life! This is the absolute best bbq Ive ever had, and now Ive got something to chase with my own smoker. Excellent job, Matthews BBQ! Ill be back to see what else you can do!

It's a food truck who has very delicious BBQ and Jerk Chicken. When we were there, they were in the middle of getting food ready for a catered lunch. They never missed a beat. We got our order very quickly. I had Jerk Chicken, potato salad, and fried okra. Super friendly people run this place. I will be back.
Best BBQ in town. Meat, BBQ sauce, and French fries are S-tier (meaning top notch, highest quality). Coleslaw and potato salad were respectable, but the meat and sauce stole the show.

I ordered a pound of pulled pork, half rack of ribs, pound of the jerk chicken and loaded fries. The fries were (in my opinion) the best thing. They do give you BBQ sauce. They offer spicy and non spicy! The jerk chicken was full of seasoning and the pulled pork was very plain and only had smoke flavor. They do not cook in the BBQ in it so very very plain in my opinion. The man who took our order was very accommodating. Easy to find. Very organized
