Alicia deserves a raise!!

Bad unwelcoming customer service I arrived 6 minutes early for my pick up order and was greeted with apparent annoyance and then asked to circle the building putting me behind 3 cars and not receiving my food for 20 minutes past my pick up time.

I could eat here daily! The ingredients are fresh and fantastic! Plenty of soup, salad and sandwich options, and of course, delicious sweet tea!

Most of our food was really good. They have exceptional customer service!!!
Was a little disappointed in the four cheese grill. It needs to be on dense bread and pressed down. It was odd to have that bread with the cheeses and it was not tasty. The tomato soup was also not my taste. Brownies fall apart while eating. They could be thicker and easier to eat as brownies are not usually soft and crumbly. Everything else was great.

I came in to order a chicken salad sandwhich. The cashier Brenda asked me if I want it grilled. I was confused as I hadn’t been asked this question for a Chicken salad sandwich before, I responded asking her if it came any other way( fried etc.) She said it just comes grilled. So I said OK I’ll take it grilled ,when I received my order It was a grilled chicken sandwich, Not chicken salad. When I brought this to her attention to let her know that I actually want chicken salad she was rude and told me I ordered it that way, and snatched it out of my hand. I did not order it that way, and even if I had, this was one of the most horrendous customer experiences I’ve ever had At McAllister’s. All I needed was my sandwich, remade and kindness. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Always a go-to spot for my wife and I when we are trying to figure out what is a healthy and good quality lunch option. I always have the New Yorker and that thing is quality. The meat is the perfect amount and the bread is fresh. The cucumber and tomato salad side is delicious and a favorite of both ny wife and I. She tends to jump around the menu with her options sometimes, but she always enjoys her choices. My next will be one of the loaded spuds, probably.

We had a lunch catered today at work and Brian was absolutely amazing, like he always is! We get the baked potato bar catered often and he never fails to make the delivery awesome! He goes above and beyond every time, and we are proud to rep Mcallister’s with our fancy new sun glasses. Thanks Brian! P.S. The food is always great too.
