I was in there not to long ago and heard a associate named haylee. Talking about another co worker and saying vulgar things about them. I found it highly unprofessional and discouraging. If this is the workers there hiring I wish to not be there even with my kids.

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service was extremely poor, largely due to the behavior of a manager named Melissa. She was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude, which made the visit uncomfortable.
I’m traveling from out of state and have had consistently welcoming experiences at other fast food locations in the area, so this one stood out for all the wrong reasons. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location, or at the very least being cautious if this manager is on duty. I hope in the future Melissa receives additional training in customer service and professionalism so future customers do not have a similar experience.

McDonald's failed at basic food prep, lied to me about their ability to make a sandwich and cannot effectively run their business. So sad, McDonald's used to have standards, as a past employee I was always impressed with their standards. Now they do not care about food quality. Their motto used to be quality, service and cleanliness, and for a while they added value. It seems not they don't care about any of these items, quality being the first to die.

If you want your order to be messed up and have them not give a damn how your food looks, you should come here. They have screwed up our orders on five different occasions. (locals) If you want better service and not have your order screwed up, go to the McDonald's on SR 85.

The stupid app doesn't allow you to purchase more food for regular price after using one of the deals of the day. Went to pick up the order at the counter because I also wanted to buy some fries. Took almost 15 minutes for the deal order. The fries order was done in a couple of minutes. I understand they were busy but how hard is it to cook up a double cheeseburger and 6 mcnuggets. Ridiculous.
