At 11:00 this morning, I went to the McDonald's drive-through, used the app for Free Fry Friday, and ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles. I told the cashier I needed a moment to use the app. When I reached the first window, I explained the app showed I'd used the code, though I hadn't. She said she'd get a manager to promo the fries. A very large woman who looked like she had not even taken a bath in a week or had just came out of the dumpster rooting for lunch I don't know which one but she was absolutely disgusting her hair was not kept her glasses were dirty her shirt was not tucked in and her pants looked like they had been worn for a week and with no name tag . As I showed her the app and explained the situation the cashier had asked her multiple times about promoting out the French fries she informed me that I would have to wait 4 minutes for the app to reset itself and then I could go through the drive through and reorder my food like my time meant absolutely nothing to her. As I tried to explain to her again where she did not stop talking to listen to what I was trying to say and again repeated that I could just simply drive around and wait to order my food again. So unfortunately, my temper got the best of me, and I used very choice words as I was driving away. Luckily Burger King is not less than a mile away I had not been to Burger King in a while and it's really funny they made my order fast fresh and hot and even after explaining my last stop, humbly took my money and offered me a free LARGE French fry. So for the cost of a French fry your average across country is between 2.99 in 3.29 so let's say the average is $3 divide that by three your food cost you get a $1 So for a dollar you will not allow the cashier to have a code to promo out the French fry where she is 1/3 of the largest intake of financials in your operation being she's in the drive through and that's probably where the largest amount of money comes in at. So, for $1.00 you had to pull Bippo the hippo from the front-line packing bags where she would have 360° awareness of the restaurant and ensure that all the aces are in their places. So, for not allowing the cashier to promo it off you have Bipo the hippo explaining to me that I might use the code somewhere else and get free French fries on free fry Friday. Seeing that I live in Crestview FL I'm going to assume that there's anywhere between 25 and 27,000 downloads of that app. Multiply that out of what poor customer service I received today and I'm sure several other people received the same customer service because they did not use the app correctly because maybe they're like me and their old school and they use coupons. So for $1.00 you have lost a customer I stop twice a week and get bacon egg and cheese biscuits sometimes I will get a bagel with steak, my son if he does well on Fridays we bring him by for a happy meal which always turns into a happy meal two adult meals ringing up to about $32 . The main reason I will not be back not because you didn't live up to my expectations, not because of a rude employee, not because of food quality. I will not be back because that disgusting woman standing in the window who is the representative of your company at that time tells me everything I need to know about the cleanliness of your restaurant and I would be better off licking the door knob to the public restroom on taco Tus. at Taco Bell…

This location constantly robs me of what I order. I normally order a quarter pounder with cheese, or a double quarter pounder with cheese, and I would say over half of the time I end up getting the quarter pounder bun with big mac patties slapped on there. They do it for their convenience because the big mac patties are pre cooked while the QP patties they have to cook to order, but when I'm waiting 20+ minutes for my order and still get the wrong meat, it's just disrespectful. This is the only location that I've had this issue with, so I'm going to assume it's a management issue.

I was dropping my daughter off at school when she said it was early enough to get McDonald's before she had to be there. She ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a egg mcmuffin. Over $8 for two items and they couldn't perform. I was asked to pull into drive thru stall one. Naturally there was a truck in stall two, and a truck waiting in front of me. With the dually I had to swing wide to avoid the vehicles. There were bushes hanging over the parking spot that scratched my fender up. Now I am mad. Then we had to wait 12 minutes for one egg mcmuffin. They brought out hers and the truck next to me at the same time. We got hers first then we had to wait for them to walk around truck and deliver to the truck next to me. Then we had to wait for that guy to move so I can maneuver out without scratching the truck again. It would have been quicker to drop my daughter off and let her go in. We were watching people walk in and come out with food while waiting 12 minutes for one egg mcmuffin.
