We stopped in to grab a snack and our service was amazing! The place was clean, the employees were working so hard. Me and my daughter had blisters from walking and the manager gave us some bandaids with a smile on her face. Thank you so much!!

Stood there while person behind counter laughed and kidded with a friend on the phone in line.
Manager came up and joined in while I waited. I walked out. This was 11/28/25 around 5 pm.

Customer service in the drive-thru is POOR. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for two ranch snack wraps, two bacon double's and a medium fry. They are way too slow and lack of respect for customer's time and money. GET IT TOGETHER North Crestview crew!

If I could give no stars then I would because that’s what this place and the other one in Crestview deserves. None of the employees are nice or welcoming they always walk past you at the counter like you don’t even exist. No one smiles they are all miserable to be working here. They all need to go find other jobs. This is coming from someone who works in the service industry and I pride myself in my customer service and how I treat my guests.

i come here to sit and eat a snack before i go home from school, i am one of the few teenagers that go here that doesn't yell, act a fool, steal others food, or vape in the store. keep that noted.
i had ordered a vanilla shake with ice cream and had asked for a cup for the ice cream — and i had been disrespected by the lady that looks real stressed out. she was giving me an attitude for no reason? just because i asked for a cup? but then they'll complain about the teenagers infront of their faces (i mean the ones that don't do anything) and wonder why they don't enjoy the service :/ some staff is very nice, but don't complain about a customer group that pays for food to their faces. it won't get you anywhere

The manager was hollering at the high school kids right after school to leave or order. I thought McDonald's was a kid friendly place. Sometimes it takes kids a little longer to get money from their parents to send money to their children. Patience, if she doesn't like kids then maybe find a difference place to work. I will not spend my money here anymore.

i don’t leave reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. i worked at a McDonald’s in the area during highschool so before anyone says anything, i KNOW how it is. my boyfriend and i just sat in line in the second lane for four cars. there were two women who kept coming through the speaker saying “we’re so sorry just a moment” while they take every other car’s order and only after the fourth car when my boyfriend finally said that this was ridiculous did they try to take our order. there were three other cars in the lane behind us and every car that pulled into the first lane was taken care of INSTANTLY. it’s as easy as clicking one or two on the headset to chose the lane to take the order. being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service, if anything that’s when your customer service should be top notch. we prefer to go to this mcdonalds (by the highschool) because it’s usually the best but the service tonight was unbelievable. literally sat there for over 8 minutes waiting to order while, like i said four other cars were serviced with their orders popping up on our screen. yall need to get your staff in order seriously, those girls were giggling behind the soaker rather than actually doing their job. i get it’s mcdonald’s, but the service we received tonight was awful.

Drive thru ordering broken all the time, not worth your time

I'm so done with this store. I don't know exactly when it happened, but this place has just gone incredibly downhill. The wait times for food are just forever. Like, the last time I was in the drive through, it took twenty-five minutes to get my food. TWENTY-FIVE minutes. And it wasn't like prime mealtime either. Nor did I have a complicated order, I got a nugget value meal.
Nor has this been the first time this has happened. Recently, I went and got a mobile order. A cheeseburger and a coke. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I went inside to see what was going on. Inside, there were 5 other people waiting for food, all as pissed as I was. at that point, I had been waiting for about 25 minutes. One guy was waiting with his kids for 30 minutes. Another woman had been waiting for 15 minutes for Ice Cream Cones!
Nobody was at the register. Nobody even came near the register despite me standing near it, holding my receipt aloft for like 5 minutes. At one point, I was tempted to just head back there and start handing out food. I doubt anyone would have even noticed me to stop me.
It took me 27 minutes to get my food. A single burger and a drink. The burger was cold.
The worst part is that the store isn't understaffed. There are tons of kids working there and like one manager to run around yelling at the kids who aren't doing their job. They either need way more managers or need to stop hiring so many kids. Every time I talk to one of the mangers about the long waits or errors with orders, they look like they're on the verge of quitting themselves.
I even contacted the owner and got a response that to me felt like a total blowoff. I was so disappointed that I made the effort to try and reach out and didn't get a solid response.
So I'm done. I'll go to Wendy's or Sonic or Taco Bell. There's options on this end of town now.

I DoorDashed McDonald’s and I opened the bag and the drinks are in the wrong sizes and one of the drinks were wrong and I did not get my syrup butter and my caramel did not come with extra caramel do not go here if you’re looking for good service

I use to never do reviews, but I’ve been starting to because something needs to change. This is the only McDonald’s close to home unfortunately. I want to start off they are slow as hell, get your order wrong most of the time. As a regular you would think they would keep up with their main customers but they don’t care. Every single time getting an order through drive thru we are pulled forward or into the waiting numbers lane. The problem is they clear out their screens to save their numbers from going up instead getting the orders out timely and correct. This will now make over 5 times I’ve had to go inside to pick up my own drive thru order and it could be as simple as a damn drink. And even then they say what was your order and they can’t find it cause they lost the receipt from clearing off screen. And even then they look at you and speak to you rude like you can wait a Mcminute when you been waiting over 40 minutes for a drive thru small order. I’m not making this up. It’s becoming more and more of a problem every day. Where is the management? Who are training these kids? They need new owners. And people who care about their business and customers.
