So a frustrated new sip club member (me) was talking to the drive thru order taker (Blake Team leader on her visor) from the passenger window trying to understand the what and how of this whole club. She was patient, kind and considerate. She was simply amazing. Panera is fortunate to have such an employee and representative of their brand. Now I didn't act like anything YouTube or reel worthy but she was definitely the calm in my frustration. I will be making a better effort to learn about the club. Thank you Blake.

“Panera Bread seriously ate. Like—no crumbs. The food is always fresh, the vibes are cozy, and the staff is super sweet. My order came out fast and tasted so good I low-key did a little happy dance. The mac & cheese? Elite. The bread? Basically my Roman Empire. And don’t even get me started on the drinks, because I could sip their iced green tea forever. Totally my go-to spot now.”

I am going to stop coming to this location. Every single time I come here the soup is watery. The cream of chicken and wild rice should never be the consistency of chicken noodle soup. Ridiculous. The Niceville location gets it right every single time!

This is without a doubt the best Panera I have been in. Upon entering the store, I noticed how clean it was and my experience only became better when I began ordering. I didn’t catch her name, but the way the cashier spoke to me and took my order made me feel like I had known this person for years, it was just easy to order, she was easy to speak to. Something that seems to be kinda rare in my opinion. Usually, ordering is a hassle so this was a very nice change of pace.
The food: Food was the usual Panera food but the items tasted very fresh and warm. The buns on my sandwich weren’t burnt which can be a usual problem at Panera. Good job to this Panera and I hope it stays this way.

Stood in line for 10 mins. No one waiting on customers so you have one kiosk to order on. People in front didn’t know how to use it. We left… save time and just go down the street to chik fil a where people WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER!!

They're always out of baguettes and they rarely get my order correct, I ordered delivery today and they were out of baguettes so I told the driver I wanted apples, because the chips make my mouth bleed I have sensitive gums and they gave me chips anyway, and my sandwich isn't even on the right bread because they were out of it, I ordered when they opened and they STILL didn't have what I wanted, never going to this location again they're rude and I never get what I pay for

It's an ok location. People inside walk around past you, not really friendly. Girl who took my order just couldn't wait to go in the back, just repelling attitude. Some guy inside who spelt even from far away as you walk by, taking a whole booth table while having a free glass of water. Sandwich was decent and they prepared it in a timely manner.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Panera. First, they had no lids available—how are you supposed to take food to-go without lids? My salad had wilted, dead lettuce like it had been sitting out all day, and the bread was burnt and hard. On top of that, my smoothie tasted sour, like the fruit had gone bad or wasn’t stored properly. For the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable. Do better, Panera.
