I come here in the mornings before work and the service is always on point, even during the busier morning time! Blake is an exceptional staff member who is always friendly and kind! My coffee order is always correct and I’m never disappointed when I come here!

It's an ok location. People inside walk around past you, not really friendly. Girl who took my order just couldn't wait to go in the back, just repelling attitude. Some guy inside who spelt even from far away as you walk by, taking a whole booth table while having a free glass of water. Sandwich was decent and they prepared it in a timely manner.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Panera. First, they had no lids available—how are you supposed to take food to-go without lids? My salad had wilted, dead lettuce like it had been sitting out all day, and the bread was burnt and hard. On top of that, my smoothie tasted sour, like the fruit had gone bad or wasn’t stored properly. For the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable. Do better, Panera.

I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup wth bread bowl. By the time I picked it up and arrived home within 4 minutes. The soup was barely warm and the bread was cold and hard. Don't recommend although it used to be the best on the menu.

Standard Highway Stop — Gets the Job Done

Stopped at this Panera Bread just off I-10, and it was pretty much what you’d expect for a quick roadside meal. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich — flavor was decent, but the whole thing completely fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it.

Ended up eating half with my hands and the rest with a fork just to keep up with all the pieces that tumbled out. Not ideal, but still edible.

Overall, it was an okay stop — convenient and predictable, which is sometimes all you need when you’re on the road. Nothing special, but it filled the gap.

So this problem is mine and mine alone. Every time I go here, something is wrong. And it's not cheap. You pay a lot for a little. I live 8 miles away so by the time I get home and see that my half scoop of brocoli cheddar soup isn't in the bag, and my sons wild rice is missing too and oh wait, where's my Mac and cheese?I don't want to go back. To the middle of town. No thanks, Tom Hanks. But whatever magic they stir in the soup and sprinkle on the salads, I'll keep coming back. Fortunately I can buy the soup and Mac and cheese at the grocery store. It might cost more, but at least I'm getting it. The last time, I thought if we went in and ordered, they pack it right in front of you. They got us. We ordered a lemonade and got distracted over that. I have probably spent over $60 for so many cups of soup and sides of Mac. This is my problem.

Went to use the kiosk to order breakfast. After I selected my food, then took a minute or two to select my drinks. When I went to check out, it said my items were unavailable. Asked the lady at the counter why it will not let me check out, and she said breakfast stops at 11am. The time was 11:01 when I went to pay on the kiosk and she said that she would not be able to accommodate my order. Food is usually great, but the customer service today was poor

The quality of this food was just bad. They got my order wrong and put chicken on it and then the second order I was given had so much brown lettuce i literally didn’t eat either of them. I had dirty silverware and stale bread. This is really unfortunate the only good thing I got was the apple!

Mismanaged and consistently "out" of food ingredients. This store cannot seem to manage their stock and will consistently be "out" of this or that leading to "we can't make that" or getting a subpar menu item. Last time I was there, they were out of almost all ingredients to make any salads and today they have no eggs. The store is consistently "just clean enough" and are slow in making the food.
