While having 4 employees talk about while waiting at the counter not greeted no nothing is in taste taste and operations, shouting about politics and the same time is equally as bad, I did agree with what politics were said, operational decorum lacks quite a bit

Normally this location rocks, but the difficulty that I've been having trying to reach someone, anyone at this point, to complain about a mistake on my last order is driving me nuts.
It was just the fact that the pizza I bought for my MiL for dinner last night didn't come with the light sauce that I ordered. The online receipt and paper receipt both say that I did in dact order the pizza with light sauce but I got a pizza that was definitely normal sauce. She can't eat the heavier amount of sauce for medical reason which means that her dinner was ruined last night.
Now, I called to try and speak with the MoD to explain this and I was hung up on twice. The phone would ring and then immediately disconnect. So, here I am, trying to reach some form management about this issue.

Great team, extremely helpful and friendly. Made my pizza perfect to my order. I've been here before while traveling through I10, and I'll definitely be back again. Great pizza. I ate it in my car while driving back to Alabama. I hate to admit that, but I absolutely could not help it. I had to stop and finish at the nearest rest area. Too tempting .

We ordered 18 wings with sauce on the side. We were then charged for the bbq sauce and ended up not receiving it. Why are we being charged for sauce that we wouldn't pay for if we didnt want it on the side? We wanted a small thin crust but were told we could only get that style crust in Med or lg.

The food here is wonderful and the service is always great, however yesterday I had a pickup order at about 3 pm, ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and roasted garlic cheesesticks and they ended up giving me a hand tossed pizza and bacon cheesesticks instead, at first I wasnt too mad about not getting my pan pizza but I was tired and hungry so i went for a cheesestick and had an unpleasant surprise, bacon and ham make me gag unfortunately and I ended up not eating, also had to work in six hours so I didn't call to get it fixed, just went to bed. Tighten up pizza hut! Place wasn't busy at all when I went up there so I'm confused how you guys messed it up. I double checked the order on my app so I know it wasn't me! Also I still tip most of the time even though I come pick up my orders so it felt like a pretty big waste of money for only 2 items.

Placed 2 separate orders on different days as we were staying in Crestview for 10 days and both were HUGE orders and it was delivered in less than 30 minutes BOTH times and everything was hot and fresh!! Cheap delivery fee and kind delivery drivers!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

This has got to be the worst service I have ever experienced I call in a delivery order was told it will be 30 to 45 mins for delivery...ok cool...A hour later I call to check the status on our order and they say a doordash is on the way to pickup my order? I ordered from pizza hut if I wanted doordash I would have ordered it threw them...I ask to speak to a manager The Manager will not get on the phone. Ok so I asked the sweet young lady on the phone can I get corporates number I get put on hold again and they come back and say they can't give me corporates number. By this time I am very mad what kinda of Manger will not get on the phone to handle a situation! So i waited on the doordasher to deliver, I did get my order but it was cold and a hour and a half later...I will never order from this location ever again... And I Googled corporates number..Maybe if they check there calls to that location that is recorded for quality assurance they can hear the whole Thing for themselves!
