I don’t know what’s going on at the Crestview, Florida Pizza Hut on Ferdon Blvd, but they clearly don’t check orders before they go out. For the second time in a row, our pizzas have been completely wrong.
This last time, they replaced my jalapeños with pineapple. Not even remotely similar. I’m eating it only because it’s a 25-minute drive one way to the store, but I’m definitely not happy about it. The order before that? Every pizza had incorrect toppings—none of them were right.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on something so simple and have it messed up over and over again. At this point, I have no confidence in this location getting anything correct.
Updated after eating: I’ll give some credit where it’s due. While they clearly don’t double-check what they’re sending out, the actual pizza quality this time was solid. Hot, fresh, and well-made—just not what I ordered. So yeah… better, but far from great.

I ordered a pizza over the phone and I talked to a lady named kristle nice lady very helpful when I asked about the different crust and toppings. I ended up ordering a thick crust 3 meat pizza with bread sticks and a two liter. I arrived about 45 minutes later my order was ready and looked like I would expect a pizza to look like. The staff seemed nice. Will go back

I came in from out of town and visited this location on May 24. I was waiting on my order when this Allison lady came in. She asked to see her pizza then complained about holes in it? The cashier offered to remake it and even asked if extra cheese was supposed to be on the order. The lady said no but go ahead and remake it. The cashier put the order in and even told the cook (polite young black guy) to be sure to make her order. At this point I’m sus about this lady bc she just puts off Karen vibes. Sure enough she yells back to the cashier “am I gonna have to make do with cold wings and cheese sticks?” Cashier comes back and said no ma’am I placed it all to be cooked fresh. She leaves and the cashier and I start chatting about various things to do around town. The order comes out and the lady comes back in finally. They show it to her (now the cook, the cashier and I assume it’s a delivery driver are all making sure it passes). Lady goes ITS BURNT Just cancel it. And then storms out. She did sit out side in front of the door for 20 min so I couldn’t leave bc she was freaking me out.
I was waiting to see if she reviewed them so I could defend them. That team was excellent customer service. Having been in the industry for over 40 years, I would have been proud to have any of them on my team.
As for the hitman-another customer and I were talking about the movie so I’m not sure how that got pinned on the crew working

i love pizza hut. i was here for vacation and went in to order a pizza. there was a lady who came in and got rude with the poor cashier. i felt so bad for them. i saw a review from the same women and she mention someone asking about a hitman? nothing was said i just dont want this crew to get in trouble for a person making false reviews. amazing crew. deserves better.

It's been a couple months since I've ordered due to poor quality. I tried today and even spoke with a manager to ensure cheese would be spread out to cover the pizza. I arrived to pick up and it had many holes where the bread was showing. I asked for a remake and asked that it be made to look like the pictures and advertisements. The remake came 20 more minutes later and it was burnt!! I told them to just cancel the order. The cashier asked me if I knew a hit man cause sh was having issues with a person. Everyone in the back was loud and it just seemed like they were hanging out and not working. Don't waste your time at crestview pizza hut!!!!

Pizza hut is always my go to, I then ask drawl pokemon when I order and they never fail me. I will simply keep coming back for that. This is customer service, excellent job to the artist.

We love Pizza Hut and just moved to the area. So we were excited to find out that there was a store so close to home. We finally ordered today, and we’re so disappointed.
We ordered a Backyard BBQ Chicken on a Tavern crust… that was definitely over done. And a hand tossed with several toppings across all of the pizza, however, most of the mushrooms were only on half of the pizza.
It was delivery (which took longer than promised), so we were not able to talk to anyone about the sloppy work done.
The pizzas were edible, so we did… just, sadly, we are not sure we will be back.
Stop using doordash to deliver YOUR orders. The past two orders delivered by doordash have been unsatisfactory. Use your own drivers and not random people who don't care about the quality of your order.

These guys always seem like they're barely getting by. Like they barely caught up, barely got the orders made, barely made it back from break, barely made it to the counter to help customers. Just seems like a huge mess all the time and they can't quite get it right.

While having 4 employees talk about while waiting at the counter not greeted no nothing is in taste taste and operations, shouting about politics and the same time is equally as bad, I did agree with what politics were said, operational decorum lacks quite a bit
