Ice cream and boba is good. We have been coming here for a little bit BUT today I saw one of the owners not be very kind to her employee and talk to her like she was stupid in front of myself and other customers. I was thrown off especially because it is her first day. I could tell the young lady felt embarrassed. Also, told us we would have to buy a new drink if we wanted our boba blended mind you we didn’t do nothing with that drink but move it from counter to table back to counter. I got the hint with how they are with their stuff which I get it to an extent. The way the owner spoke to that poor girl now I see why there’s always someone new working there. Stingy owners and don’t know how to talk to their people. 3 stars because the boba is good for my kids.

We love Polar Bear! The service is always excellent- the food delicious and my kids love the board games! We always get poké bowls and some boba drinks! Try a blended strawberry with boba! Yummm!

I go here at least every other week for poke, it’s hands down my favorite poke bowl in the area!! The employees are super friendly and quick, the food is always amazing and fresh. Highly recommend this place!!

Service was great but this was the worst poke I've ever had. It was good but my gripe is that they don't have the best choices for toppings and they were quite stingy with the fish( I got salmon and tuna). I get inflation is a thing but I've had 3x the fish at other places with cheaper prices. THINK poke in Ft. Walton is much better. They are much cheaper and give you more protein as well as better topping options. I am a huge poke fan but I am extremely disappointed with this. It feels like the owners are getting over on their customers. I will say if you want poke this is NOT the place but their green tea drink with Boba was good and I loved the reusable cup it came with. I would try everything else but their poke bowls definitely feel like an after thought.

Everytime we visit town, we have to stop here.I love their selection. I wanted a smaller bite with my rolled ice cream and the shu mai (steamed dumplings) worked! Great service here too.
