Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I honestly do not think I have ever had good service at this location. Multiple times I’ve had the manager try to make the experience right. However, it seems every single time has been a horrible experience. What restaurant opens at 10 o’clock, and cannot be prepared to serve Food after an hour. 11 AM you guys are telling people every single item on the menu will take 30 minutes. The last time I was in there, I stood in your lobby for 8 minutes and nobody took my order. There was no one else in the entire lobby. When I walked out to leave the manager, chased me down and apologized and took my order. I just do not understand, how it can be this bad every single time. I highly recommend Asking the folks at the Fort Walton Beach location, how they do what they do. I love Popeyes, but something is seriously wrong with this location.

I had just purchased one of the family deals for my undermanned crew that could not get away for lunch. I rushed over to get the food so I was not away from my store too long but when i got back to my store and unpacked everything. we were missing the large side of fries. I tried calling the restaurant several times but no one will answer the phone.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Always old, cold, hard chicken.. orders never correct. Cold fries. Bad attitude from employees. Really bad attitude from employees when you tell them somethings wrong. They can’t even make a fountain drink correctly

This restaurant is understaffed and had to close the lobby again, could only use the drive thru. The staff was rude.

I was up there recently to pick up two doordash orders and it was a little busy and was told it would be 3 to 5 minutes when I first got there. The lack of communication between the front of house and back a house is extremely horrible when you need to make sure your chicken count is correct. I've been in the service industry and I understand the front and back of the house and if you do not communicate in a place like that it is going to be a mess and that is exactly what it is. Very rarely do you have a good experience in there and you normally have to wait for them to cook your chicken every time. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order after I finally got the manager to assist the young lady at the counter. I love the food at Popeyes but wish that the service and communication would get better at the one in Crestview for sure.

This was a awful experience. I am only giving a 2nd star for the efforts of the manager to make it better. My wife and I ordered online to bypass the drive through and that was a mistake it was all down hill from there the little girl working at the front was clueless she did not see the online order print I had to ask. They did not start our tenders so we had to wait for some to be cooked. The order was supposed to be ready at 159 we did not get our food until 128 this not fast food and completely unacceptable the chicken sandwich was not hot and it was not good. Finally after getting our food did they decide to let us know they were out of tea. Kudos to the manager for trying to make this experience better but we will not be coming back to this location.

30 minute wait to get food. Napkins were completely out of stock. This restaurant is clearly not equipped to handle more that one dine in customer at a time. Tables were dirty with no one available to clean.

I went there sat in the line a gentlemen was nice and asked to hold for a min. 10 to 15 min later nothing . I tried to talk to the speaker but no answer. I drove to the window the lady was annoyed acted like she was answering the orders the whole time told me I had to drive back around. I left. There is always something wrong when I go there not enough chicken or out of shrimp or just rude people

when I walked in the door around 5pm on the 3rd of sept everyone shouted out welcome to POPEYES....place was very clean....the young lady at the counter who took my order was very nice and respectful....I had a very good meal also...the chicken was hot and juicy and the sides of mashed potatoes and rice and beans were also very good...thank you very much young people of popeyes :)
