Worst experience I ever had. Went to dine in and all the tables were dirty. Grant it it could have been busy before I got there and the employees hadn't gotten a chance to clean. So I brought it up and they said ok. As I waited for my food no one wiped the tables, so I asked for a rag to do it so I can sit while I wait. The cashier told the manager I asked for the towel and the manager (aggressively) as I walked away called me a sir and yelled " is there a problem?" First of all I'm a woman and secondly. It's no big deal for me to wipe the table myself. It gets busy and sometimes u don't get the opportunity to clean up right away. No problem. But the manager chasity had an attitude out this world. Very rude for no reason. There was no need to make a scene. And Cassandra was the cashier. As sweet as she was she was so embarrassed and i dont blame her. The manager needs to take her customer service training again because it was no need for the aggression at all. Will never come to this location again. I'm treated so much better in Fort Walton Beach

Today is the second and last time I will visit Popeyes Chicken. The first time I drove all the way across Crestview to buy chicken, got to drive through and the girl said they were out of chicken. Today at 11:23am I was on that side of town. I pulled up in the drive through and the girl said you know we do not open for 10 more minutes. CRAZY! I WILL NOT BOTHER TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN. It is a hassle because of the traffic however, Today proved a waste if my time. Popeyes you will never make it in Crestview.

We waited 10 minutes before we could make a order and then when we make our order and get to the window and after paying was told to pull up we had to wait for shrimp, which took another 10 minutes if not longer, and while I was waiting the workers came outside to there vehicles to smoke. You can see two of them walking back inside in the picture but there was third one which was the woman who took my order, so I was like damn where my food. So no I want be going there again.

Went there 30 minutes after they opened and they were already out of wings. The biscuits tasted stale and nothing tasted fresh. The staff always acts like you’re bothering them. Worst Popeye’s.

They didn't post holiday hours. Employees inside and they ignore you when at the drive up window to simply ask what their hours are. They didn't even pick up the phone while they were inside.Great customer service, huh? (Rhetorical)

Unbelievably horrible experience at this Popeyes location. It had been a while since I’ve been to one and was craving that sweet tea so I placed an order on the app and headed over. Simple sandwich combo, easy.On arrival I said I was there to pick up my combo I had placed on the app. The clerk went to hand me my bag and I asked where my drink was, it was missing. She replied that she would give me the drink cup once I “signed for the order”. I said oh no this isn’t Uber or DoorDash, it’s mine and held my phone up, showing my confirmation number in the app.She said I still had to sign for it. Well I’m not signing anything for an incomplete order. And I order on mobile apps dozens of times a month at various places and have NEVER had to sign a book with my personal information for all to see. Including other Popeyes, never had to sign anything. Hey I’m Mike mibile order number 123 and that’s it.Gangster thug wannabe manager came up and said I had to sign their book or get out of his store. No problem, refund my money and I’ll never darken the doorway of another Popeyes location again.He argued with me and said I need to contact corporate to get my money back.What a joke. This lousy experience has turned me off from ever spending another penny with the Popeyes corporation again. Shame too, they have some decent food. When you can get it.
