Pounders Hawaiian Grill - Crestview

I love the food but I’ve only had it a couple times. I live in Crestview so you know the insane traffic to get home if you work out of town. I think to myself I would love to have that food again but you can’t order by phone. There isn’t a drive thru. So I’m not going to go online to order while driving. They refuse to let you call an order in. So by the time I’m getting home I don’t want to order online and drive to the other side of town. I want to be home! Hope they look at my photo on my profile and realize they missed out on a fortune. I get it that they are a small business but they have multiple locations now it’s time to get a phone ordering system if they want my money. The owner whoever you are can I borrow some money cause you seem to have so much your not trying to get more by answering your phone. So right now I’m writing this review in the parking lot of another restaurant with a drive thru cause I don’t want to order online and drive all the way over there to the far side of Crestview when I can be home much quicker. Would be worth the drive if I already ordered on the drive home!

Small menu that is executed well. Real food, nothing weird. Delicious and good portions. One of the best places to eat in every place where they have a location. Try it.

Love the new location in FWB. The interior screams for a giant ceiling fan in the middle! And eventually add a lot more landscaping where all the pine straw is. I would love to give you guys some plant suggestions. Will be back soon!

Everything was great, the food was delicious, the employees were friendly and polite, and the feng shui was excellent.

Parking: Parking lot is quite sizeable and directly in front of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: There is an outdoor eating area which features an impressive playground and recreational area for children to play. There is also seating available for children inside the restaurant complete with kid-sized chairs.

Food was awesome, steak was a little overcooked and small on the portion compared to others with same order. Fast service with how busy they were. Cool playground area outside. Will definitely be back
