If you all stop serving drinks for veterans, I pay mine. Then a guy with a blue shirt that works at this store gave a free smothie to a lady that came after me and this lady didn't have a military id in hand. If you stop serving please dont give a free smothie to a lady with no military id, that a no, no! You disrespect me and I will not be back at this place!

The food was absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 😋 though it took longer to get our food then to get there lol. I recommend getting the lemon strawberry freeze ;this is coming from a 9 yr old

*Follow up Edit* The store owner reached out to me personally. Luckily I still had the card and receipt from July and she was adamant about figuring out where things went wrong. Super weird thing That happened, not their fault. I've been credited the $25 and will now continue to get my weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) after gym treat/protein fix.
I love Smoothie King... but I have not been back since July because the manager never got back to me about fixing a gift card that didn't work. $25 worth of delicious smoothies I was looking forward to. I called multiple times, took the card and receipt in several times, left my name and number for a manager... nothing. I'm always in pretty early and the staff always do a good job. I just can't get over the fact that NO ONE ever got back to me.

I get a smoothie every once in while. Sometimes they have the buy 1, get 1 free add-ons. This morning it was buy 2, get 1 free. I wouldnt have gotten a third one if it wasnt free but the young lady (only lady in there this morning said it was) so I grabbed an additional topping. She charged me for it anyways. Yea sure, its only like a dollar but that dollar adds up with each customer if this happens frequently. And im sure, since its only a dollar, most people dont ask for refunds, still just doesnt feel right. I dont remember the lady's name but I know I was the first walk in customer today as it was close to the time they opened.
