The signs n google says the open at 9:30. We’ve been here since 9:15 am waiting for 9:30 am for them to open. We drive around n around. Go inside wait n wait n wait…. Customers left because they weren’t taking orders. My husband finally asked n she said oh our time is wrong we don’t open till right before 10:00 am. They’re setting up n blending stuff but a paying customer is just sitting waiting for them to take order. Where is the customer service? Where is the sense or urgency? It blows my mind that they won’t stop what they’re doing to handle a guest in the building. I’m not a complainer person because I was in the restaurant business for 20 years owning and operating them. However this day and age hospitality and service has truly went out the window. You can’t sell smoothies and grow sales if you don’t take orders when ppl are in front of you. Making people wait for a clock to say 10:00 is insane. Why does say 9:30 am and why is the doors open to come inside. Now the computers are down and they still can’t take orders but how did I hear this from the girl talking to someone in drive thru when we spent 45 min waiting for her to talk to someone in drive thru and state the computers were down that they had to order online. But she never said anything to us that the systems weren’t working but told someone in drive thru. This is ridiculous. We could have ordered online an hour ago had someone TOLD US what was going on!

Employees are extremely rude and refused to remake my smoothie without sugar (I have a medical condition where I will get sick if I have too much sugar). I didn’t want a refund, all I wanted was it to be made without sugar and I told them that and they still refused to remake it. I spent $10 on a smoothie and was unable to even drink it. I have worked at multiple Smoothie King’s in the past and it takes less than a minute to remake a smoothie. This was just laziness and incompetence. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Very clean store!! Ordered several smoothies and a bowl and they were beyond expectations, really made an impact on our day and we WILL be returning. the girl working , maicee, she was very kind and helpful, even chatted with my little one. Didn’t seem like anyone else was working but she got our order out quick. Major kudos to this location and thank you for giving a receipt! Not many places do that anymore lol We will be getting the app as she recommended since this will definitely be our new spot! Great job smoothie king !!! If you’re reading this GO GO GO to this location!!!!!

I'm here for the smoothies! Island impact or pineapple surf add are my favorites. Add vanilla frozen yogurt to either and whatever enhancer your into and it's absolutely delicious. Get the app so you can get rewards!

Don’t order a PB swizzle there. I have been disappointed every time. After paying almost $13.00 for nothing compared to the Destin and Niceville location. Also, when you go through the drive thru they never offer you napkins. You have to ask for them.

Long story short, make sure if you're getting a medium smoothie that they don't automatically upcharge you to a large.
I’ve been to this location twice. Both times there was an issue with our order. We placed our order for 2 bowls on the app on 9/10/23 at 950am. We arrived at the store at 10am and did not receive our pick up order until 1045am. The workers seemed a little confused on their roles and seemed like they could use a little more training. After patiently waiting more than 30 minutes we asked for a refund and was told we would have to wait for the manager to arrive. I’m really sad this is the case for us because we have loved smoothie king for many years but unfortunately we may not be returning to this store. I wish this store the best and hope management can find the tools to train the employees a little better.

Love this location! Easily visible and accessible from the interstate. The drive thru didn't take long to go through and the workers were extremely helpful and kind as I tried to find the best options to meet my dietary needs. The smoothies are always what's expected! Wish you would open another location closer to me!

Major props to the Smoothie King in Crestview! I don’t often write reviews. One of the first things I noticed is how clean and organized the place is. This is a big deal for me, as I’m VERY particular about the cleanliness of establishments I frequent. The staff was super friendly, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The manager was there and was especially helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. She recommended the Pineapple Mango Greek Yogurt Smoothie. I was hoping it wouldn’t be too overly sweet and it wasn’t. That is now going to be my favorite drink to order and has a good balance of tanginess and sweet. If you’re in the area and looking for a reliably good smoothie in a clean and friendly environment, Smoothie King in Crestview is definitely worth it!
