The screen was hard to see and the employee was kinda hard to understand.

Was coming through crestview and stopped in for a bite to eat. Had the super sonic cheese burger and tots and a strawberry milkshake. Food came out fast and hot and the guy that took my order was very polite his name Xavier. The cook was on his job and the car hop was very nice. Highly recommend going there for a quick bite to eat.

I sat and waited 45 minutes for them to have cancelled my order due to THEIR technical problems. RIDICULOUS.

This store wasted almost 1 hour of my night. I placed my order and waited forever. The machine wouldn’t take my payment so I gave my card to the car hop. She ran the card, told me it wasn’t working, so I tried to order online. Card declined again. I thought something was wrong with my card… that is until I went to Taco Bell and my payment went thru without any problems. Must have been something wrong with their system, not my card, and I didn’t deserve the nasty attitude from the car hop. I just moved to the area and Sonic is my favorite and I’m disappointed that I won’t be back.

You order online thinking you'll save time, nope! You just sit there for 2 hours waiting for your food. Have to leave and want to get a refund? Can't refund mobile orders. I love Sonic, but Jesus christ its been like this for weeks.

Natalie had the best customer service, she was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we left, best customer service i’ve had in a very long time !!!! and to top it off there was a bible verse on the receipt

Waited for an hour after ordering online and tried to call the restaurant while there, spoke to car hop, and moved from online pick up stall to another stall just to be able to speak to someone else.... Still no food items, I left, got my money back from my bank and called corporate office. NEVER going back there ... I'll go to Shalimar or another location before stepping foot on those grounds!

I ordered the largest size drink they have and my cup was filled to the top with ice when i just asked for a regular amount of ice. This is the second time this has occurred.

I don’t see how you can forget 3 orders of tots out of 4 meals but they did, they also they forgot a sonic blast. But that’s not the worst of it I had to drive back up to their store to get the order fixed. The whole ordeal from the first order being placed took over an hour. Therefore not only was it an inconvenience for me but we also had to eat cold sonic food for dinner. It’s a shame that our Crestview sonic can’t do better because we absolutely love sonic.
I work door dash several nights a week and it seems like this place puts us on the back burner. They don't care about these orders.

I asked if they had a DoorDash and the immediately said no over the speaker and wouldn’t talk to me again then I pressed the button asking what to tell the person they answer very rudely and said we still don’t have a DoorDash and wouldn’t talk again. Very poor customer service
