Took the grands to sonic today. Ordered 3 combos. Didn’t get one of the drinks. Never brought it to us. Ordered cheese sticks didn’t get marinara. Chili cheese tots barely had any chili or cheese on it. Chicken tenders were dry and didn’t get our bbq sauce and they only gave two packs of ketchup! Honestly was very sad and we won’t be spending our money there!

Normally I’ve never had an issue with this Sonic’s before but lately the service has been SLOPPY two weeks ago I order a foot long chili cheese coney and was CHARGED for it but was given a normal 6 inch hotdog plain. Cold. And I let it go. But today I know yall just hiring anyone nowadays cause why am I sitting at the drive thru waiting for someone, anyone to say “welcome to Sonic’s..” NOTHING. FOR 20 MINUTES. YALL smoking crack back there or something?! After multiple attempts went right next door to taco bell and got better results 😭 oh and that was me and 12 other people… like gurl come on?!

Spent almost $100 for my family's dinner tonight and was highly disappointed! Normally we have a good experience here but this time was completely different. Onion rings were falling apart and undercooked. All 5 chilli cheese footlongs had very very little chili and buns were falling apart. And the absolutely sadest chili cheese tots I've ever seen! Only 7 or 8 tots and almost no chilli or cheese.

I just wanted an ice cream cone ans a small oreo milkshake. I was told they no longer have cones only cups and with no actual customers it took almost 10 minutes for the shake!!!! I won't be back!!!!

Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and only had 1 sad little piece of bacon and the tater tots were cold. Don’t come here for food, it’s a waste of money since this was $15.

Literally the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. They don’t get your order correct and the parts they do get correct are cold. They never answer the phone so if you don’t have 30 minutes to waste to get help from someone, then save time and go anywhere else.

Asked them if their pretzels come with salt, they said yes. Orders 2 of them and they both have no salt. They also forget my ranch literally every single time. Idk if I’m ordering it wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️

When you pay almost 8$ for two frito wraps and there small that it takes two bites to eat is a crying shame do better sonic this makes us not to return back for business because it’s like your employees don’t wanna earn the money they making and yall expect a tip on stuff like this honestly almost just as bad as Wendy’s across the street that won’t ever get my business again!!!!!

So I read all the reviews from a month ago to 6 months, 8 months one year 2 years ago. And I decided not to go to this location because no matter what the complaint is, they have an automatic message and they just insert your name to tell you to complain to corporate and they will escalate the complaint. You can call this number or you can on the website yourself and complain .Obviously it doesn't matter what you say. They're going to do an automatic response to every complaint that means they don't care. It doesn't matter how many times you complain to corporate and have your complaint escalated. Nothing changes.

I Agree With the other Lady/Man, If it Takes Three Employees Just To go look as a Wreck That Didn't Concern The Establishment At All, And Make Customers Wait Extra Long Then I wouldn't Recommend Going here. You have a Job to do so do it.
