The service was slow. We had to wait to order for several minutes. Then when we pulled up they brought several other orders to us they weren't ours. The milkshake was delicious.

I had ordered 3 corn dogs and a drink and it took over 30 min for them to bring it, that was supposed to be the last meal bc I had surgery today and wasn’t going to be able to eat for the next 10 hrs, and bc of the fact they took almost an hour to make them I didn’t get to eat, the person that did get to eat them said they tasted like old grease, worst experience EVER when coming into a sonic.

They never get the orders right. I asked for a mini strawberry cheesecake shake and got a medium strawberry shake tonight. Before this, I asked for an oreo sonic blast, got something completely different then what I ordered.

I sat for at least 10 minutes with no one ever responding to my having pushed the red button. I know it has to have registered in the kitchen,as the screen verified I had activated it. I have NEVER had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes to get waited on at any fast food establishment!

Quincy dropped our straws on the wet ground and didn’t offer to give us new straws. He handed us soggy wrapped straws 🤢 but at least our order was correct….

They seemed short staffed and were very busy. My son ordered he waited 30 minutes and they brought out the wrong thing then we waited another 20 minutes just for them never to show up so we left. One guy came up to the door to get his order fixed, twice. It looked like they tried handing one person in drive thru the wrong thing. He turned it down and the server walked away to another car, which held him up and they were talking for 5 minutes as we were driving away.. Mind you there was a football game it was Friday night. But why not prepare? I assume they had someone call out and no one to cover the shift. It's a shame. I love Sonic but that experience was bad.

Visited on 10/18, ordered 2 Frito Wraps, 2 Jr. Cheeseburgers and 2 Salted caramel croissant bites. Everything was cold except for the Croissant Bites. The burgers had wilted lettuce and tomatoes. I threw everything away except for the croissant bites. I ordered online and took maybe 5 minutes to get to the store and still had to wait for cold food.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 chili cheese coneys and watched as three separate vehicles left the drive-thru, seemingly having waited for longer than I had. Hot dog itself was slightly warmer than room temperature. Also, 1.5 to 2 inches of both sides of the coney are left without chili cheese. That's less than 75 percent coverage. One last thing, this location smells like weed, consistently. By the speed of the employees, they might be partaking of the devils lettuce at work. Listen, I get it, but you gotta keep your performance up

Was coming through crestview and stopped in for a bite to eat. Had the super sonic cheese burger and tots and a strawberry milkshake. Food came out fast and hot and the guy that took my order was very polite his name Xavier. The cook was on his job and the car hop was very nice. Highly recommend going there for a quick bite to eat.

This store wasted almost 1 hour of my night. I placed my order and waited forever. The machine wouldn’t take my payment so I gave my card to the car hop. She ran the card, told me it wasn’t working, so I tried to order online. Card declined again. I thought something was wrong with my card… that is until I went to Taco Bell and my payment went thru without any problems. Must have been something wrong with their system, not my card, and I didn’t deserve the nasty attitude from the car hop. I just moved to the area and Sonic is my favorite and I’m disappointed that I won’t be back.

Foxy Kisses

You order online thinking you'll save time, nope! You just sit there for 2 hours waiting for your food. Have to leave and want to get a refund? Can't refund mobile orders. I love Sonic, but Jesus christ its been like this for weeks.
