The parking lot is awful. It's really tight and doesn't really give enough room for a drive through (but there's one there...). Parking and getting out reminded me of make shift parking garages in Europe

Staff is consistently messing up drink and food orders. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if they actually were kind and just helped correct the mistake but instead they make you feel like the issue and/or refuse to give you remade drinks or a refund. Very confusing. Definitely the worst Starbucks in the area. No wonder why it’s always empty. Not just me experiencing this issues. Multiple people I know have complained about the same issues.

I placed an order online. Showed up at the time it said the order would be ready. I watched the girl make every drink but mine for about 10 mins. I finally said something about my empty cups just chilling there. She told me it would be 5 mins til she could make them. Mind you the rest of my order was done and sitting there... I understand if you're busy but she was making the drinks coming through before making mine..
