Always loved veggie delite on wheat, no cheese, dressing or seasoning. Took it to go. Wheat bread was stale and hard. Hardly any vegetables. Seriously, it’s veggies, no meat or cheese so their cost is minimal. Service was good and I always tip! Last time at Subway for me and I’ve been a customer since mid 1980’s. . The ads on tv are bogus showing large portions.

I've ate here once before and was good. I Ordered off door dash and I asked for provolone, ranch, etc.(with things changed) What comes on a elite chicken bacon ranch sub. I recieved no ranch, very burnt sandwich and American cheese instead of provolone. Instead of calling, or marking no provolone cheese on door dash(they can cause theirs other ingredients marked Out) or putting NO cheese which would be best. They put different cheese on my sub. Couldn't eat cause allergic to american. I called an got told I could bring it back in with left over 28 minutes they were open. I just wouldn't make it in time, lady was little snippy. She said she'd let her manager know. Door dash wouldn't help with refund, or credit or redelivery. I told them they could have sandwich back. Very nasty sub. Sad. Not sure how to upload pictures...

Horrible customer service from a young lady working there one Saturday evening. Rude. Rolled eyes. Yelled across the counter. Clearly she didn’t want to be at work. The young man working with her seemed uncertain what to do. Both appeared school aged or barely out of high school.

The food is amazing but the customer service sucks. Me and my husband were greeted in a way that was disrespectful. The server was in the back and when she came out she said “There is a sign that has words on it”. I thought the first thing you are supposed to do is say hello to you customer not talk to them inappropriately.

This time was amazing. The bread was fresh and really soft. My only complaint is that I feel like the employees need to have a better customer service attitude. Smile, greet, etc... not be so moody. I'm not sorry, but I believe home and work are two different places and should be treated as such. Leave home at home and work at work.

Ask for extra onions on my sandwich and she barely puts any on there I asked for some more and she told me she's only can put so much and I told her it was the first time in my life of ever hearing that byan employee and she says that's because they're not managers

I ordered a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch footlong, and I got it toasted. I sat down to eat and I bite into it and the chicken was stone cold in middle and the cheese wasn’t melted. They remade it, and it still came out cold in the middle. They were super professional about it. Place was clean.

I got a turkey club I told the cashier she didn’t put avocado on it the cashier told the lady to put avocado on it she stood there and questioned me saying she asked me and I know she didn’t! She slapped it on and made a mess of my sandwich! I come to subway a lot and I always have good service but today was terrible! The cashier was saying it’s busy and we are doing out best, I know how it feels to be busy I work school lunch, that gets very busy!

I was there the 3rd of July, there were 3 people in line, I was the 3rd, the first person took forever to place their order, when it was my turn to order the girl told me that she couldn't make my sandwich because they were closing in 2 minutes, that was not very good service, I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT SUBWAY EVER AGAIN.
