Placed a $70 order for the family dinner tonight. For reference we live in baker. So it’s a little bit of a journey for us to go get our food and bring it back home to eat. My sub was made completely wrong. It was missing almost all of the toppings. And it did not get toasted as requested. So I ate a half way built sub that was ICE cold. My husbands sub was the same. My daughter’s wrap. The same. I called to let them know that our dinner has been ruined and they said I had to bring in all of my food before they could re make it. I’ll remind you it’s a twenty minute drive there. Twenty minute drive back. So I had already taken the almost hour to go get my food the first time. And now they want me to do it again to fix their F up. I told them it was too inconvenient for me and they said well sorry we won’t fix it then. I am appalled. I am sad. I just wanted subway for dinner. Waste of money. I call it theft.

Im disappointed because it seems that every time I come here, the slices of meat get thinner and thinner. Add that to poor service and no cinnamon sugar on my three churros for an outrageous price, I'm just not coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to jersey Mike's just up the street.

These kids are not even one bit customer friendly week one young man was tonight. The girl making my sandwich seemed like the world was closing in on her. Didn't even say a word... Made me stand there for like 6 min before she even said I'll be with you in a moment. Foods great.. It's subway... Customer service with this purple or green hairs young lady was terrible.

It took 20 minutes to get a regular Turkey footlong made. I can understand why since I assume a old employee came in and kept distracting them at their work. I assumed the manager would be quick to send her away since there were a few people in line, a drive thru guy was made to come in and their main person was making a huge catering order by herself but instead the manager and other staff participated in a conversation discussing CNA qualifications and getting a better job than subway. Very annoying. I wanted to get a sandwich and leave yet I had to patiently wait for them to do their job. Won't be back to this one. GM needs to tighten up its shift managers and DM needs to make sure it's getting done.

Went to order and asked if they honor coupons received from the mail ads? The sandwich tech said yes then charged me full price and didn’t give me back my coupon. So they don’t honor coupons and give you Attitude when you ask why. Definitely don’t go to this subway and will let all my military friends and family know this. On top of telling me we are closing soon and the door says 9pm and it was 8pm. Lousy customer service and horrible attitude.

This subway is a joke. Probably the worst one i’ve ever been to. I’ve been to this dump probably about ten times this past year, never gotten my order correct ONCE. Every. Single. Time. All of the workers are incompetent stoner morons who do nothing but sit on the counter and play on their phones. Love sitting in the drive thru for ten minutes watching a dude sit on the counter play on his phone instead of making my food. When they do finally decide to work they mess up literally everything. How difficult is it to follow simple instructions and make a sandwich? They add the wrong toppings, use the wrong bread, give me the wrong drinks EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Don’t eat here if you have any sort of food allergy. It doesn’t matter how many times you repeatedly tell them DO NOT PUT THIS or DO NOT PUT THAT. They’ll do it. Never eating at this joke of a subway again. Consider stepping down and retiring forever management

My husband and I went through the drive-through and ordered, and my sandwich was ice cold even though I requested toasted, and my Husband sandwich was Missing 90% The things on it. It literally only had the meat on it even though he added stuff to it.
