Ordered through the app for drive thru pickup. Service was excessively slow. My order was made quickly (per label), but it took them almost 10 mins to get to me. Three cars in the drive thru in front of me and each order took several minutes to complete. Food wasn't as hot (temp) as I would like.

I love taco bell...but i spent 27 in here today and this is the awful quality food i was served. Didn't even eat the Mexican pizza and the taco's were so poorly made..this taco bell just doesn't care! I signed up for the rewards program but if this is taco bell standards now , I won't be back 😑 I also didn't even get some of the correct items and i waited almost 20 minutes..one person was even making food while on their phone..

The lack of class of this establishment is honestly appalling. As a DoorDasher, the wait time for the food is annoyingly long enough as it is… but the whole time I’m waiting (typically 30-45 minutes) I see multiple workers talking, playing on their phones, and vaping not only in the lobby but in the kitchen. How hard is it to hold yourself to a higher standard? I get you’re making minimum wage, but no job I have ever worked would ever tolerate this sort of behavior. Absolutely shameful and downright disturbing. I also find it interesting how there’s very clearly a no smoking/vaping sign in the lobby and yet the workers are doing it constantly. Smh

I like the food and it is affordable and visit often enough that I have the on line app. Most of the staff is friendly but my biggest concern is the use of the app. It is easy to use but this store on the south end of Crestview does not look at the orders place on line. Everytime I place an order and go through the drive thru, that is when they start the order. My understanding of the on-line app is that the order be ready when I pull up. This morning I placed a large order for me and my friends, waited 20 minutes thinking it would be done but they just started it when I got there waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes.

Tadarius is the man! Never met him before but it was a pleasure to say the least. He knew everything I asked him about and the food he prepared was just like the pictures in the restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful and upbeat I will definitely be back. It's been a while since I've been into a Taco Bell. Give that man a raise lol

I went to this location today because the one in north Crestview is beyond awful, but the south Crestview location is truly amazing! I know it’s just Taco Bell but I was so happy my food was cooked perfectly everything about my order was fresh and made exactly how it’s supposed to be and it was so refreshing to finally have my order actually look like the pictures they use for commercials! Very friendly staff. Thank you for being a fast food place that hasn’t turned into complete garbage!!

I know clearly everyone is different. But this young lady was super rude and nasty. Makes you want to not even come here? And the food was cold skimpy, and my chips weren't even half filled. And they don't even care, they just throw it to you like an animal. With their nasty attitudes i don't know, maybe that's Crestview for you. But clearly not everyone is like that. In Crestview or not
