Matt was such a delight❤️ he always makes my Taco Bell trips a memorable one. I’ve never had a nicer person greet me, take my order with ease and make me laugh as he does. I’ll always go inside to order just to be able to have the great experience he brings. That man deserves a raise and a promotion for his hard work!

Just got some dinner to go and all of it was wrong and was missing something I paid for. This has been a problem for years with both locations and honestly if they care that less about their restaurants they should just shut them down and build something else everyone is wishing for. Over Taco Bell and all of its staff not caring about DOING THE JOB THEY'RE PAID FOR.

This taco bell was in Crestview. The guy in drive thru rung up the wrong thing and when we asked why it was so high we were told cuz that is how much it is bang window shut. Went inside showed manager and he came running over saying hi already told them. We were right and got our money back.
Honestly, best soft tacos ever. Not short on meat, cheese etc... and no random ingredients for other items mixed in. Hot...fresh...nice employees...clean bathroom..???
