First time trying crunch wrap supreme, minus nacho cheese-had to paid extra to substitute for regular shredded cheese ...really enjoyed it tho!

I tried three times to call the number on the website rather than to post a bad review but unfortunately they don’t pick up their phone. I was just at Taco Bell today about 45 minutes ago and I just sat down to finally eat and they sent the entire wrong order with me. And I’m not able to call and complain about it and I don’t feel like driving all the way in to the restaurant so thus

Had the steak quesadilla the sauce on it was salty and way to much put on it dripping out the sides barely anything else was on it. The nacho fries were cold and tasted old like they had been sitting for a while. The AI service taker could not understand the orders and had to have a real person take the order this service was quick food was nasty 🤢

ordered my food through uber eats. i typically go through drive through, but this time, i ordered through uber eats. we were in a rush because my husband had to go to MEPS in an hour so ordered. i specifically asked, NO BEANS, NO SOUR CREAM in my 5 layer burrito. guess what was in my burrito? JUST beans. then my 2 chicken chalupas both had tomato’s in them when i asked to take it out. also, his dragon fruit freeze was wrong size. also my two crunchy tacos, the shell was stale.
The chicken was good but you guys put Bean’s and sour cream on the Burrito when I did not ask you guys to To put it and there were a whole beans And sour cream

There new AI ordering system doesn’t work and you apparently cant make changes at the window so we just had to pay for the food that we were not wanting and to deal with it

Pulled up to order and got the AI machine and was unable to customize a taco to remove lettuce and tomato. Employee finally came on laughing and talking about it. Ordered three combos, no one stated they didn't have ice. Pulled up to the window to pay and was handed three hot sodas with zero explanation (which later turned out to be flat). Watched another employee make one of the icees and take out to a customer that was obviously not ready (liquid and unfrozen). Got home and my 'steak' quesadilla that I ordered, literally had ground beef in it, unmelted cheese, and was smashed and uncut. They also messed up the taco orders and half of the soft shell tacos were crunchy and not supreme. Overall, extremely poor service and quality. Definitely a waste of people's time and money.

Y’all were very skimp on the feelings inside the tacos, your drinks are flat you forgot , missing some of my order and we called to try to talk to someone. No one answers the phone the lady in the drive-through Kira H. Was not friendly just threw our sauce in the bag like as if we did something wrong . I love Taco Bell love Taco Bell, but this was not a good experience really
