Disappointed on the service and food at my local tacobell on North side of crestview. I grew up here and have gotten food from them for years! The last few times I have ordered food from them, my taco shells have had a weird smell and taste to them. Kind of like a cardboard taste but worse. Not just the shells but some of there soft wraps too! Im also tired of not receiving all my items I've ordered. I've worked in fast food in the past and im sorry but its not that hard to have fresh food and make sure your giving people all there items! Also everytime we go through drive thru they have us pull around to the front and make us wait for our food so the timer they have doesnt go over because they take too long. Another thing is if I order a box combo l, I expect my items to be in a box! Do better!

I ordere 3 taco supremes and nacho bell grande. Nachos were disgusting. They were cold beans scooped out of the can. No seasoning cold, horrible. The manager needs to learn to do his job properly and not take shortcuts

This Taco bell is absolutely horrible,,everytime I go here they never have anything,,always out of stuff..maybe time.for new management since the current one doesn't know how to run theyre store..ordered a lux box, nope they weren't available, so try ordering chili cheese burritos..nope did have it made. This at the lunch time.. order chalupa...and guess what nothing..Basically just pulled away shaking my head in disgust

Food is always hot and cooked to serve fresh orders, service is amazing. They're always fast. And on time, never have to wait. The atmosphere is peaceful and clean. Workers are great and always out to please.And make sure customers walk away happy. Tianna,T, Marco. K, Kiera Tanaya. and Ty, are absolutely amazing. The Best crew you could ever ask for.!!!!

The AI service bot is extremely difficult to order with if you’re not ordering menu items exactly like they come. The AI rang it up incorrectly and when an employee was supposed to fix it, he didn’t. We got charged extra for cheese that we didn’t receive and when I filed a complaint with Taco Bell, the manager called my personal number to argue with me then the same employee started arguing with me. Even after explaining the problem several times, neither one of them were able to understand what he did wrong. Extremely incompetent & unprofessional staff to call me to argue over the phone. It could have all been avoided if 1.) AI didn’t take my order to begin with and 2.)The employee fixed it when I asked him to originally instead of being argumentative. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my life.

Went inside to order this morning and had some technical difficulties with the ordering machine but the staff was very nice and accommodating, the Quesadilla was made with love for sure lol soooo good ! Inside was super clean, drink machine and sauce area was immaculate and bathroom was spotless.

Well haven't been there in a while, and it was horrible, the tacos tasted like they were made with old rancid oil couldn't even eat them. I called to let the manager know because I figured they'd want to know that something was not right, didn't sound like they really cared. I went through the drive-thru and they're now using AI and not a person which makes me feel they don't want to pay employees. I doubt I will be going back
