My fiancée and I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse several times, and overall it’s always been a solid place to go if you’re craving a good steak and a fun atmosphere.
One thing this location does really well is the service. The staff is usually friendly, attentive, and quick to check on your table. Even when the restaurant is busy, the servers do a good job making sure drinks are filled and that you have everything you need.
Of course, one of the best parts about coming here is the fresh rolls and cinnamon butter they bring to the table. They’re always warm, soft, and honestly hard to stop eating once you start. It’s easily one of the highlights of the whole meal.
The food itself has always been good. The steaks are usually cooked the way you order them, and the portions are generous. The sides are also solid, and there’s a good variety depending on what you’re in the mood for.

It had been a VERY long time since my wife and I dined at a place that promotes their steaks bc without sounding like I’m bragging, I can out-cook most steakhouses (IMHO). Short of it, this place was busy but service was great, food was spot on, and all of the employees operated like a well-oiled machine. Finally, without going into great details, I wanted to give a shout out to Wanda (manager) as she went out of her way to make sure her customers were taken care of - she has a future in the hospitality business. Team Roadhouse - Well Done!

This was our first time visiting the Crestview FL restaurant and two years since eating at Texas Roadhouse. I was dismayed that the 20 oz ribeye steak was the only option. I usually get a 10 oz (?). My friend ordered the 3-piece catfish, which appeared to be one fillet and cut it in three pieces - not how it was previously served - and very disappointing. Otherwise, the service was exceptional, we were promptly seated, and enjoyed good food.

Place was packed but we were seated within the 25 minutes as told. My hubby got the bone-in ribeye and said it was the most tender steak he had ever eaten. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Hope the quality of the food and service continues.
