very sad i went there for my birthday and my best friend let our server (server emily)know it was my birthday they insisted me sit on a saddle but i really didn’t want to and then they didn’t bring me my birthday dessert ☹️☹️

Needed to update this review from 5 star food quality after the last 3 visits. I was going here at least once a week. Service is always top notch and have zero complaints there. The drinks, bread and appetizers were on point and very good as well.
However, the last three steaks I’ve gotten have been seriously way under par. The cooks have prepared them as best as they could I’m sure, but it’s hard to fix a bad cut of meat. Very tough cartilage or gristle throughout the steaks, very thinly cut with the consistency of corned beef. I had to spit out undesirable bits of gristle every other bite.
While I love this place, I’m afraid it’s financially irresponsible to pay what they charge for that level of food quality. There’s got to be a change in supplier, protocol or something in the last month or so.
Definitely going to scout some alternatives for steak in Crestview.

Absolutely superb experience. We dont get to get out a lot, so we were over the moon to experience a great night at Texas roadhouse. Our waitress Kaylee was the best. Great personality and service.We will ask for her every time! Wanda the manager was exceptional as well.

Per person average 16.99. Great food and fast service, rolls served. Lots of customers but didn't have to wait long. FYI they expect you to shout yeehaw after announcing someone's birthday. My kids joined in with around 5 birthday announcements while eating a steak, but I enjoyed my watching the kiddos eating a grilled chicken salad & participating :/.

Sunday late afternoon. Didn't have to wait to be seated.Fast, friendly, attentive service continued after the restaurant got busier. Meat was cooked to desired doneness. A very good meal. Will continue to come here for steak and potatoes.
