We stopped here on our way back home to Dallas TX. I had a long hair on my baked potato😩! Where was hospitality in this place ! No manager came to apologize ! And the server reaction was “ oh no one wants to eat hair and laughed “!!! We will never stop at this location! Our hometown TXRD is the bomb !

The Food and Service was absolutely perfect. Angelica was an absolute delight to have as a server! She's always smiling and had a bubbly personality. Will definitely ask for her specifically, when we return.

This place was not all that, the food wasn't seasoned also it was like they were rushing us to get up and leave. The Hospitality really sucked 😕 , Our waiter Jack either had dementia or just kept forgetting to refills our drinks, we kept just asking for the things we ordered, and then asked for 2 baskets of rolls and the manager came back with 1 basket, just threw it at our table without saying anything. Like damn do better TR but never going to this one again.
