Honestly was very disappointed when coming to this restaurant today.
I came with my friend, her husband and her two kids. We sat for 15 minutes with nobody greeting us, I tried multiple times to flag someone down and make eye contact with the staff but was ultimately ignored.
When we finally did get service the girl could’ve cared less. She didn’t introduce herself, she didn’t ask how we were doing, didn’t smile. It was like she didn’t want to be there. She took our orders and that was that. We were only check on once and that was before we even got our food.
Plus the staff around just seemed in completely bad moods. Speaking to us with attitudes when we asked politely for something or speaking to each other rudely. It was just a very unwelcoming environment, which is disappointing because my friend had said the place was amazing.
My stuffed french toast was soggy and covered in way too much strawberry sauce. I asked for a side of fruit and it was just canned blueberries and strawberries. Very disappointed, unfortunately would not recommend eating here.

Overall great experience and good food. Honestly I don't really have much to say about it other than it's doing great and deserves more customers. (Parking change wasn't really good though)
Parking: Right outside of restaurant but hard to park for new drivers just learning on how to parallel park.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair parts. It's a first come first serve situation. (Sadly)

The Tropical Palm is a great place to eat at I really enjoy their Blueberry Stuffed French Toast, I ask for the juice on the side then you don't need syrup.

Bad experience. I order salad with chicken and I ask the lady don’t add Bacon to it. But she served it with Bacon. When I ask for change , they just remove the Bacon incompletely. It will be last visit.

I can't honestly rate the food here. We went a few years ago and waited close to 30 minutes without any service. We tried again today. We were told to seat ourselves and sat at the table for 15 minutes with no menu or server. We won't be back.

I’ve been enjoying 45 years of great food at this place! Today as I visited, I reminisced about how long it’s been open and it’s really a dive restaurant! If you want true local, this is it! I love to see how busy this place has become again and it truly should be one of those places visit when they pass through!
