Tropical Smoothie Cafe

tropical smoothie canceled my order about 20 minutes prior to it being delivered. the lady who answered the phone would not give me the time or day to see why my order was canceled. yes I ordered it through door dash but from their website so I can get my birthday smoothie. she told me to contact doordash and hung up on me. but door dash told me to contact them. when I try to call back no one answers the phone.

They had one girl making the drinks and one guy came out to put in our order and then he disappeared to the back so pathetic

The last few times I’ve been here there has only been one guy working. Despite being super understaffed he has handled the challenge with determination and an awesome attitude! Kudos to you, Leonardo!

Ordered two wraps. They gave us one correct order and the other was wrong. Both wraps had like two small pieces of chicken in them, and vegetables tasted sour. Would have liked a refund but they closed immediately after we left to get back on highway with our food. It doesn’t help that the business is impossible to contact online or place a complaint. The online complaint/customer service portal doesn’t work.

I ordered throught door dash on the app they made my smoothie wrong i said no straberry sub banana and didn't add the tomato that is supposed to be on the sandwich which all i changed was the type of cheese one of the absolutely worst locations since I quit years ago it's done nothing but get worse I'll give destin and fort walton my money before this location again

Do yourself a favor and do not stop here! If I could give it a zero, i would. The staff have no idea what they are doing or how to make or the ingredients in their products. I have honestly never had a bad experience at a tropical smoothie cafe ever until here.

Got there at 7:15, they are supposed to be open at 7. Door was still locked and no one came to the drive through.

Poor lonely guy working by himself during, what I would assume is the busiest time of the day! Can't keep up! Where are the owners/managers anyone? Absolute joke. Happened a few weeks ago and thought "maybe I'll give it another try" bad mistake 30 minute wait for a smoothie! I pretty sure this is a tax right off as there is zero atmosphere here. All lights in dining area off, dirty floors etc. NEVER AGAIN. I feel bad for this lone scout!

Ordered pickup from this place today which stated they were open. I get to the store to pick up my order and the place looks like it was shutdown back in the 2000’s. Would really love to get my refund back!

Ordered the chicken Thai wrap and it didn’t have any protein on it….I’ve never seen a wrap this thin. It’s just lettuce and sauce. All I asked for was no sesame seeds because a previous time it was loaded with sesame seeds it was actually gross. Then Tried to call the store but no answer. :(

I ordered a hawaiian breeze with splenda..as I have for the last 10 years. It is not on the menu anymore but I never have any problems getting it. The girl the window told me they didn't offer it any more and I told her that I just had a the other day. She relooked and found it. She told me my total was over $9. I have been getting this for years and it's always been between five and seven dollars. Anyways, I didn't question it, bc I still wanted it no matter the price. I drove off, as I started drinking my drink, I noticed hard plastic pieces in the drink. After the 3rd time I threw the drink away. I was too far to turn around. This is unacceptable. Worst experience at any tropical smoothie I've ever been too!!
