Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ok, first visit. Ordered (online) three drinks (one was kid size) and two small Acai bowls. With tip it cost $53!!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE PRICE for these items. The smoothies were sour, the bowls had old fruit. The restaurant smelled, and the person working was not friendly at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, IT IS A HUGE SCAM.

Absolutely trash, I do NOT recommend, 50$ for 5 items and everything sucked, this place is an absolute disappointment and I hope they go out of business.

The young lady was very sweet. In fact, I couldn't bear to stay and eat, it was unbearably hot and muggy inside with no air condition. Not very pleasant atmosphere, smooth and smoothies. Are pretty darn, good and um, and sweet customer service there was no weight before any seats. I believe no one wanted to eat or drink anything inside.

tropical smoothie canceled my order about 20 minutes prior to it being delivered. the lady who answered the phone would not give me the time or day to see why my order was canceled. yes I ordered it through door dash but from their website so I can get my birthday smoothie. she told me to contact doordash and hung up on me. but door dash told me to contact them. when I try to call back no one answers the phone.

Great customer service. Smoothie made to perfection. Food is great if you are on the go. Great experience overall. Thank you

Store not clean, the male employee didn’t speak to us just stared at us while we ordered never said the total out loud walked away after payment was approved and didn’t offer a receipt. The female had an attitude. Walked in at 11am all of the lights were off. About 100° inside and smelled like pee horribly by the bathrooms. The female got upset with us for grabbing a smoothie that we ordered and made us set it back in the cubes until the second smoothie was done. I used to manage a tropical smoothie this place needs help. A friendlier staff and a cleaning crew. Just because there’s 2 young employees unsupervised that’s not an excuse for the state of this place.

So it’s been a long time since I have been to this location because to be honest, I was not impressed and did not want to come again.

Well I decided to come again to see if anything changed and when I walked in, I was instantly greeted by Ashley with a welcome and a smile, which didn’t happen last time I was there.

Well I gave her my order and she had it completed in just about 5 minutes and I was throughly impressed.

I tried going again and Ashley was there but it was a packed house, I didn’t have a lot of time but I was happy to see the place packed.

Ashley did an amazing job and she deserves a raise. I look forward to going again instead of going out of my way for a smoothie and a wrap.

Couldn't get a simple drink order right dont go here if they don't have competent employees.

I spent 15 dollars for a flatbread of just chicken and the bread and the flatbread is so stale. I had to spit it out.

Where’s the sauce, the veggie?!!!! Absolutely unacceptable for the cost of this meal. I have let little things go here and there and not complained but after this I will no longer be spending money at this establishment.

They had one girl making the drinks and one guy came out to put in our order and then he disappeared to the back so pathetic

The last few times I’ve been here there has only been one guy working. Despite being super understaffed he has handled the challenge with determination and an awesome attitude! Kudos to you, Leonardo!

Ordered two wraps. They gave us one correct order and the other was wrong. Both wraps had like two small pieces of chicken in them, and vegetables tasted sour. Would have liked a refund but they closed immediately after we left to get back on highway with our food. It doesn’t help that the business is impossible to contact online or place a complaint. The online complaint/customer service portal doesn’t work.

I ordered throught door dash on the app they made my smoothie wrong i said no straberry sub banana and didn't add the tomato that is supposed to be on the sandwich which all i changed was the type of cheese one of the absolutely worst locations since I quit years ago it's done nothing but get worse I'll give destin and fort walton my money before this location again

Do yourself a favor and do not stop here! If I could give it a zero, i would. The staff have no idea what they are doing or how to make or the ingredients in their products. I have honestly never had a bad experience at a tropical smoothie cafe ever until here.
