Relatively new, but dirty building. The men’s bathroom was the dirtiest I’ve seen in a long time: pee all over the floor, toilets were clogged or unflushed, toilet paper was everywhere. There was stuff all over the toilet seats and rims. Trash was overflowing.

My wife’s burger was pink in the middle which is truly impressive (in a bad way) since the patties are only 1/4” thick. We showed the manager before we left (not asking for any compensation) and she indicated that she already knew that was an issue and they were knowingly serving undercooked patties. Hope we don’t get sick.

Originally when I went I did not enjoy my meal but I’ve been back a few times and was not disappointed. I love their jalapeño cheddar biscuits and the service is always nice!

Parking: There is no connecting accessibility from the fast food places on either side of this whataburger, so you must turn in from a busy one way and then continue back on said one way before you can do a turn around.

Whataburger has always been THE most over rated fast food burger chain. I went yesterday for the first time in years and not to my surprise, the food was awful. Fries? Cold, oily and undercooked. Burger? You guessed it, total crap. Almost 15 dollars for a combo is a joke. It wasn't worth the money let alone the 25-30 minute wait in line. That'll be my last visit to any of their locations.

Called live in crestview don't really mess with daburger any way was told a place open 24 hrs can only order on line ! I'm from up north and this is the reason in 15 years don't mess with places like this said I'm not getting payed I can't place my own order for pick policy stink, go luck on the egg!! Headed elsewhere my money and I am told we are open 24 hrs come sit in my drive thru

I place an order at 1059am after sitting in line for about 5 minutes. I get the confirmation email and everything and I go inside to wait on order just for them to tell me that they are not going to make it. The nice older lady tells me that it must be placed 20 minutes before 11 if not wont go through. Im from texas where whataburger is originally from and never have this problem as long as it is ordered before 11am. This is horrible. Drove 25 minutes from my cousins house for no reason but to waste gas now

Decided on Whataburger for a late night snack, and was very disappointed. Not only did they forget the drinks and part of the food that was ordered (which I got when I told them), the young woman serving the food looked to be higher than a jet plane. To top it off half the food was cold before I made it 5 minutes up the road to my house.

I have as of yet gone through the drive thru and the order is correct. Today the order was not correct, I had ordered extra syrup and of course they did not add that, but they also did not include any silverware and the pancakes were not hot. I noticed the two cars before me that also had issues and the drive thru lady had to give them their correct order. Very disappointing and not going back, there are other places that provide good food and better service.

This store absolutely cannot get thier crap together. Last 3 times I ordered from here all my orders were given to me wrong. Missing items or completely wrong order. The first time I ordered online for delivery and both of the side sauces that I paid extra for was missing. Second time I'm went through the drive through in the early morning for aome dinner after finishing a 12 hour night shift. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through just to be handed the wrong order. I recieved the order of the person in front of me, thank goodness I checked the bag before driving off. Then I had to sit in the drive through for an additional 10 minutes to wait for them to make my order. Almost 30 minutes sitting in the drive through...absolutely ridiculous. Third time I ordered online through the Whataburger app and didn't recieve an onions ring and a French fry as part of a meal. I call the restaurant and the employee tells me I have to get with doordash for a refund. I think not! I ordered the food through Whataburger store and door dash is just the delivery service. If I go in my doordash app there will be no record of the order in history cause I didn't order it with doordash. I ended up having to contact whataburger customer service about the missing meals items just for the system to tell me they will get back to me in 2-3 business days! So now I have to make ANOTHER online delivery order for the items I was missing so my family can eat and spend even more money. I won't be going to ordering from this whataburger store for a loooong time. Do the managers not teach them to double check the bags before handing them out? Save yourself the headache and wasted money and don't go here
