Teresa was absolutely the best! Attentive and kind! Food is amazing. Hot and fresh and I’m so glad we tried this place because the last Zaxby’s we tried in Tennessee was a bust. We will definitely be back and even downloaded the app! Thank you Teresa!

Foods good, but if you get a to-go order, you will need to check everything, everytime. Nearly a 50/50 chance they'll forget something in your order. This time it was the strawberry sauce for the cheesecake bites... ~9:45pm on July 19th.

Really poor management. Wouldn’t recommend eating here or working here. Unless you want to wait 40+ minutes for your food and 3 weeks for a work schedule to come out. Manager is incapable of making a coherent schedule, max hours you’ll get is about two days. God forbid you say you need to pay bills and need more hours- they’ll fire you! When is a Canes opening up this place is rotting from the inside out. Always always starts from the managers who aren’t qualified.

We dined inside at Zaxby’s and had a mixed experience. The quesadilla was decent, and the boneless buffalo chicken was tasty and hit the spot. The grilled chicken sandwich, however, was a disappointment—the chicken had an odd texture and wasn’t edible. On the plus side, the fries were hot and crispy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, some hits and misses.

One Star – Vile, Disgusting, Completely Unforgivable
This was hands down the most revolting food delivery experience I’ve ever had — and I’m honestly still sick to my stomach writing this.
I ordered from Zaxby’s expecting a normal meal, but what I received was pure filth. The container was sealed, which made what I found inside even more horrifying: multiple live flies trapped inside with the food. Yes, you read that right — flies crawling around the sealed box, touching everything. This didn’t happen in transit. This came straight from the kitchen like that.
How do you seal a container without noticing flies swarming around your prep area? How does food like this even leave a restaurant? This isn’t just a mistake — it’s a complete breakdown of health standards, food safety, and basic human decency. It’s disgusting, negligent, and honestly dangerous.
I didn’t even bother calling — I took photos, threw the entire thing in the trash, and reported it immediately. This isn’t just a refund situation. This is grounds for a full health inspection.
Zaxby’s, do better — or shut that location down and fix the bug problem. No one deserves to open their meal and find it infested.

Had dinner tonight as a family of six and food was great. Had the most friendly and attentive cashier/order taker at a fast food restaurant that we have ever had. Her name is Manyeijah and deserves to be recognized! Be like Manyeijah!

Food was absolutely horrible. The shrimp I got was burnt and was like eating rubber. Employees didn’t give me the extra sauces I ordered. Don’t waste your time going to the Crestview location.
