Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered the plain chicken sandwich it was to salty to eat. I asked for another one, they were very accommodating and made me another one, again waaay to salty to eat. I got the pink lemonade from the machine, tastes like plastic.
My husband got the chicken fingers. Too salty to eat. He also got a root beer from the machine. It didn't taste like root beer. It tasted like seltzer. He dumped that and tried a Sprite, again, seltzer tasted prevailed.
I Think this will be the last time we eat at this Zaxbys.

The rudest person at the counter. I travel for nursing work and I happen to be staying in the hotel next to it. Never will I go back in there. Because of their customer service. Some white kid at the front I asked a question about how the veggie rolls were made if they were handmade or frozen he looked at me like I was crazy and shrugged his shoulders and mumbled he didn't know. I said well I'm asking for allergy reasons I figured if they handmade them I can figure out what was in it. He said rudely that he doesn't work in the back he works in the front. talk to me like a piece of garbage. Just stared at me like he couldn't have been more bothered. This place isn't cheap I spent $35 on some pickles and some cheese if I'm going to pay that kind of money for some cheap food they could at least smile and answer your questions and not act like you're a bother. And if you say anything and complain then you're the problem. But I decided to put this post up hoping management would see it and no one else had to be treated like that. It's unbelievable that you go in somewhere for service and you're just a bother to them.

Food was good. Everything was hot l. The fries were hot and seasoned well. Chicken tenders were hot as well. Drive in was a little slow.

Service was excellent, Sam and Kaprie were phenomenal. Sam walked me through how to do my taxes while Kaprie knitted me a scarf for cold weather in the lands of the north. 10/10 would recommend Zaxby’s of Crestview.

Teresa was absolutely the best! Attentive and kind! Food is amazing. Hot and fresh and I’m so glad we tried this place because the last Zaxby’s we tried in Tennessee was a bust. We will definitely be back and even downloaded the app! Thank you Teresa!

Foods good, but if you get a to-go order, you will need to check everything, everytime. Nearly a 50/50 chance they'll forget something in your order. This time it was the strawberry sauce for the cheesecake bites... ~9:45pm on July 19th.

Really poor management. Wouldn’t recommend eating here or working here. Unless you want to wait 40+ minutes for your food and 3 weeks for a work schedule to come out. Manager is incapable of making a coherent schedule, max hours you’ll get is about two days. God forbid you say you need to pay bills and need more hours- they’ll fire you! When is a Canes opening up this place is rotting from the inside out. Always always starts from the managers who aren’t qualified.
