Food was absolutely horrible. The shrimp I got was burnt and was like eating rubber. Employees didn’t give me the extra sauces I ordered. Don’t waste your time going to the Crestview location.

Unless you plan on waiting for 40+ minutes for your food. Go somewhere else. Not busy inside. Few cars in the drive through. The girls working behind the counter aren’t friendly and only want to talk and goof off with each other instead of helping customers.
We started in the drive through- only 3 cars ahead of us and we did NOT move for 25 minutes..25 minutes…
I Decided to get out and go in to order it to go instead. NO ONE is sitting inside. 3 other people are inside waiting for their food. I waited another 30 MINUTES for my order. (Two 4 piece chicken plates)
And my order wasn’t right. I asked for double fries with both plates and we got slaw instead. Recipe even states double fries.
We love Zaxbys but we will NOT be coming to this location again.

Really enjoy how the GM Wendy treats us when we come inside or drive thru either one. And the food is always good at this location as well as the service.

You'd think that at 12 noon, you'd be able to get fresh, hot food. Got neither. Ordered bone in wings meal. The drink was flat, the wings old and cold. The fries were old. I ordered their cheesecake bites, got cheese bites instead. All of this for 18 bucks. Never again
Waited in line for 23 minutes for a grilled cheese for my child. Finally went in and there were plenty of employees standing around laughing with each other with no one in line at the counter. Completely unacceptable. I like the food there too. Good thing chic filet is just up the street.

If I could give 10 stars, I’d do so without a second thought. I’ll start by saying - I came in late (about 30 mins till close) and felt bad as I could see the employees winding down and doing their nightly close routine. However, I really want to showcase the young man behind the counter (Sam). He not only set the tone when greeting me, but was exemplary in his ability to take care of the customer after what I know was a late night. In today’s world, it’s uncommon to encounter someone eager to serve the public, ambitious enough to take the first step, and passionate enough about their job to make such impression. Sam’s personality and communication skills spoke volume during every second of our conversation and I highly recommend this Zax location.
(Managment, Corporate, Etc…) if you see this review by chance - I highly recommend that you commend this employee, and value those that are as humble and willing to serve as he is! 10/10 recommend this location.

Went to pick up a mobile order containing a family chicken pack, white cheddar bites, and cheesecake bites. Was initially told to pull up in line to wait for the cheesecake bites... 10 minutes go by, not a problem, got my food and went home (1 minute down the road) EVERYTHING is cold. The chicken, the wilted fries, the white cheddar bites were cooked then turned back solid from being cold so long. EVEN THE CHEESECAKE BITES I WAITED AN EXTRA 10 MINUTES FOR. I called the establishment and I stated there's no point in wasting food remaking it, and I would rather a refund. I got an awkward 'okayyyyyy (yes drawn out like that) bye' and that was the last of the conversation. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered a few times from here, and about 40% of the time it’s correct. Ordered the Nibbler meal and asked to substitute the Zax sauce for ranch, only 1 time have I gotten it the way I asked, most of the time they’ll still put the zax sauce on it. Today I ordered and they just flat out didn’t put any sauce on them at all. The fries today were also old and stale.

Stopped here because my riding buddy wanted some so I grabbed their #1 Combo. I grew up on Zaxbys. The meal was decent, but it's not like it used to be. It may be the type of "oil" used, but something is different now.
