My husband asked for a big Mac at the drive through and they put down some chicken sandwich thing and when the lady at the window asked if that was our order we clarified what we had actually asked for but since it was out on the receipt we decided not to make a big deal of it especially as they were over all fairly respectful. But my husband also asked for apple slices for me (pregnancy cravings) and it's also on the receipt, guess what wasn't in the bag. It's just apple slices but we're still not coming here again, I get that maybe they misheard him when he ordered the big Mac, mistakes happen but how are they going to look at our order and not make sure everything is in the bag? It's not a good look to have staff that can't do their job properly.

Clean and friendly. Prompt and clean bathrooms too. At 9pm, it wasn't packed and I was able to get in and out quickly.

The crew that is working here at night are awesome. They were all so nice and welcoming in the drive thru. Didn’t miss anything and the food is hot and tasty!
Just waited 45 minutes for a burger and drink. Do not recommend. Only 3 people in drive thru - took 20 minutes to order at window.

I bought a two cheeseburger meal and 4 fish sandwiches. I asked for a large fry and a small fry. The order was correct. However, the food wasn't very good. My cheeseburgers were cold and old. The cheese wasn't fresh. My fries came in a large box but it was only half full. All the fries were soggy. We paid over 30 dollars and the food wasn't fit to eat. I am extremely upset. This never happens at the chiefland McDonald's.
