Truth is with not so many employy want to work so they still try their best to make it work . When others don't show up .. I have seen just 2 ppl work by themselves do to actions of last employees

Just went through the drive-through in Cross City, FL got a quarter pounder with cheese and some fries. My fries were hardly warm and my sandwich had a big slice in the top of the bun. I did not eat it nor did I return it because I was so aggravated about it . But I am giving it a bad review. You should have pride in your job. I wish I could take a picture to show this.

They’re all rude. I can’t believe it. I’ve done so much for this association. I’ve been treated so poorly. I tried to order food at 12:00am when they close at 1. They were rude. Did not help me. Possibly spit in my food. Not nice.

The employees are always very rude, snappy and unpleasant to deal with. They also refuse to accept large bills claiming to never have any change, pretty sure it's against the law to refuse any legal us currency but here we are.

I usually never leave reviews being I work fast food and i understand stuff happens but when this is ridiculous. There’s no reason my son’s 4 piece happy meal should have came like this… i know working fast food isn’t the most glamorous job but this is actual laziness.. everybody was nice and friendly but being i live 30 minutes out of town returning back for a refund was not worth it to me. but i did want to let everybody know, no matter who you’re holding up in the drive through CHECK YOUR FOOD!
