Bought 3 Philly Cheese sandwiches, one of them had no meat on one side and very little on the other side. They other 2 were the same way. We will not return to this Subway. We about 9 Subways a month. We will go to a different location from now on.

Wouldn’t know how clean it is from the outside but the entire place was immaculate and the bathrooms clean as a whistle!

Ordered off the app print it out specific instructions and they still messed my sandwich up not only that it had a funky taste like something was rotten definitely the worst subway I've ever eaten that the place was dirty the man come out of the back didn't even wash his hands.

The times on the door are incorrect apparently, they do not open at 8 am even though I've literally gotten food at 8:15am before, says new hours are coming but didn't even have a temporary sign posted...felt like employee was very rude in the way they said the hours are changed, kind of felt like they just didn't want to work.

NOT at all like Annie Anne's. Cross City Subway. I could have sworn the advertisement on TV said $3, but they're $4 here. These don't taste at all like auntie Anne's pretzels. Not even remotely close.. The guy at the store said that they've been out of bags for 6 months, so that I how to carry my three pretzels home in my shorts pocket because they didn't have bags. I came here yesterday to eat an actual sub, and the girl served it to me on a tray inside a plastic carry bag. I wonder how 6 months got condensed into 24 hours. I rode my electric scooter home with the pretzels in my pocket and in 8 minutes the pretzels were hard. I mean hard pretzels out of a hard pretzel container hard.

Don't do it, especially if you're from Philly, Just don't do it. Go to the Save-A-Lot just down the street, buy a box of Frozen pretzels for the microwave, and take them home. The $4.50 box of frozen pretzels from Save-A-Lot taste a lot better than these.

I ordered my chicken bacon ranch as a salad. I got about 1” of lettuce in the bottom of a small black bowl. Paid $11.76 for about $3 worth of ingredients. Won’t be back.

The manager here was very disrespectful after I ordered my food. I only took five minutes in the bathroom, and now I can't use it anymore because apparently, five minutes is too long. Whoever the big boss is, I need this guy fired, or I can sue this place for neglect and poor customer service. As for the people, this place is not a good place to go. The food here is stale. The bread tastes like it's old, and the food added to it tastes sour. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
