Worst customer service I've ever experienced. after a 5 hour drive to the keys, we stopped in for a late night dinner an hour before closing to grab a quick takeout order. We tried calling twice to make sure we could get in, but no one picked up the phone so we drove right there. at 10 PM on the dot we arrived at the venue and saw there was about 15 patrons drinking and eating. We had to flag down service and put in our to go order with the bartender who then proceeded to make a HUGE scene about how the kitchen staff is going to hate us. We debated just leaving then, but due to the fact that nothing else was open and we hadn't eaten in hours, we decided to put up with the remarks. Then, two kitchen staff came out and audibly exclaimed "this has gotta be a JOKE". the second cook came out and refused us service and the bartender who we initially made the order with just ignored us without apologizing for the inconvenience at all. 0/10 experience - would never go back again. Only bright side is we probably avoided eating food that they would've spit in.

This is by far one of the best places in the keys to eat and hangout! Food is phenomenal, servers and busser all have great attitudes! Kasiah is an amazing waitress!
Dear My New Joint, I adore peel and eat shrimp and I order them frequently when I am here, but I just can't deal with the poop vein anymore. Is there some way you can please clean the vein out before you steam them? The ones I had last night had huge gritty veins. I try to get it out myself but it is messy and smears everywhere. Ugh!!!!

Ran out of chicken... can't even put an orange in a blue moon and no glass ...let me finish with the rest of the review then which I restrained because I didn't want to shame your restaurant... my sliders were pink inside yum pink chicken! And you ran out of a special at 530 at night learn to order.I stood at the door for 15 minutes where 4 different staff just looked at me and said nothing, finally a staff realized hey maybe it's my first time there???The server is the only reason that saved the review to a 2! She was good.They didn't bring the basket of fries because they are very busy, so basically we had to cancel that part of the order. wow relax geez.... way to ruin my valentines!

Great coffee! Very friendly and helpful staff:) Decided to try based on locals recommendations, and they were right! As soon as you walk in the fresh smells of coffee and food fills your nose. Girlfriend loved the mocha coffee!

Tonight, we were greeted by Ian. A long-time bartender. He hasn't seen us since last season. He remembers our name and drinks. He is fantastic and always makes us feel right at home. Nice to see him again! We started our meal with Blue Point Oysters! Fantastic! Hubby had the Wahoo and Tater Tots. It was on Catch if the day special! He said it was delicious! I had a Philly cheese quesadilla. Really good! I also had Cauliflower Au Gratin, delicious! The Wine and Alcolhol selection is subpurb! Music was pleasant , good sound! I would like to give a shot out to Lynn Bell. "The new Bar chairs are perfect! Thank You!!
The best bar in the Lower Keys with a more elevated Feel. Long time bartenders Ray, Ian, and Tanaka are staples and always make good drinks. Even when it's packed. Sit at the bar for best service. Servers can be slow. Specials are always good, Voodoo Shrimp are my go to but many excellent choices. Highly recommend.
