My fiancé and I just drove almost a half hour because I was craving Arby’s and drove another half hour home to realize they forgot all of my fiancés food. I tried calling to at least get a refund and it just keeps ringing with no answer and no voicemail is available. How disappointing. This isn’t the first bad experience at this Arby’s either. I feel so bad because now he has no food for dinner and he got it for me because it’s what I was craving for Valentine’s Day even though he offered me to eat anywhere. Ruined my night. I am so sad.

This Arby's is very clean and the staff is nice. I frequent this location, and my order is always correct. The food looks great and tastes great. Food is always mads pretty quickly, and the line moves fast. Arby's is one of the most underrated Fastfoods. If you have never been here, order a simple plain roast beef and add Arby's sauce. 👌
