First, let me start by saying our waiter, Eladio, was a perfect gentleman. We were staying in Tampa to celebrate my bday. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and Eladio recommended chicken cilantro and Dragonfruit margarita that was delicious. He also had a quick conversation. The atmosphere and reggae music were good. I recommend this place and look forward to coming back next year. Thank you.

Bahama Breeze overlooks Tampa Bay. Beautiful outdoor patio with live music in the evenings. No reservations accepted for patio, only for indoors. Patio is first come, first seated. Great seafood chowder. Salads are large and fresh. Coconut shrimp is always a favorite as is the refreshing lemon breeze. Service by Jake was outstanding.

It was a total of five, My wife, my daughter and my son and his friend, Myself, my wife and my daughter. All had the Lobster, Shrimp Pasta dish. Which all three had to be replaced due to The fact that they had no flavor. My daughter reordered the same dish myself and my wife ordered something different, My wife ordered the plantain bowl. And I ordered the top sirloin steak which was really bottom sirloin, with mashed potatoes. Medium well done. N because I buy it all the time. And if I recall the lobster and shrimp did not have any Lobster, This night was my 63rd birthday. And the irony of these people claiming that they were given something special for my birthday, for some of our orders having to be replaced, Their own policy is free birthday desserts.

We went out for dinner and the food was well prepared and ver tasted. The waiter was amazing, kind and very professional young lady.

I was here on 7/29/23. It was very busy. I was with my daughter and granddaughter. The wait was maybe 15 minutes so not too bad. The hostess that sat us, outside as requested, took the scenic route to get us to our table. We could have walked a straight path to our table but she seemed to want us to see the entire outside area before we were seated. We were seated and had the pleasure of having Samantha as our server. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The wait time once the food was ordered was very long and by the time we got the food it was just lukewarm. I noted that the people that were seated at the table behind me and in front of me were seated after us but was served first. The table behind us had people finishing up their meal as were being seated. We ordered and a new group of people were seated behind me. They had their entrees before we got our appetizers. They did have a different server. The same with the table in front of me. I was confused at first, then aggravated. By the time we got our appetizers the table in front of me was asking for to go containers. Samantha was very apologetic about the wait but I just didn't understand, especially since we had a table of 3 and the other tables were tables of 4. By the time we got our food our drinks were warm we had to ask for ice. My granddaughter was having a hard time staying awake. We ate a portion of our food and got to go containers. I paid the bill with a tip for Samantha because she did the best she could, I believe and left. It will be a long time before I go back to that particular location. I would really like to know why we had to wait such a long time. It's not like we changed the menu and had special orders because we didn't.

Great Food and Drink Specials And love the out door seating area with the fire pit and tiki torches. what a great caribbean feel experiences. the staff also goes above and beyond to make your dinning experience a good one.

7/13/23 Honestly, everything was great starting with the greeting when we arrived for our reservation for 5 at 1PM. Our guests who were here from NY state for a morning tour of the University of Tampa. I would have loved to be outside overlooking the causeway, but heavy clouds had rolled in and thunder was rumbling so I asked for standard inside seating. We were offered a choice of a large table or a large booth. Our guests selected the booth. Although it was situated near a large group, that didn't impact us at all. Both teen boys and their dad are athletes and careful about what they eat. All of us chose a different item. Our server was very careful about taking the orders and repeated them to assure he had gotten it all correctly. Beverages arrived quickly and the meals came not long afterwards. The food was nicely nicely presented, hot and tasted even better than it looked! There was nothing to leave behind. Gregory our server did a really nice job. I don't live nearby so it's not likely that I'll be back too soon, but I wish I could! When I lived closer I always enjoyed coming here. Despite having not been able to return for the last few years, it did not disappoint!

I am a self proclaimed FOODIE and food critic! My Mother was a Waitress for a large part of her life and I base every meal and service by her high standards! Bahama Breeze on Rocky point failed all my expectations for a decent meal! Server was not pleasant, waited for drinks (water!), waited for food, which was COLD and tasteless! Poor service, poor meal means low to no tip....

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Very limited menu and $16;for a glass of wine??? I live in New York ...a glass of wine is not $16 at a chain restaurant!!! Ok food. We will never be back

We went on Saturday night for Father’s Day, my daughter made reservations for 7:30 pm. It was a nightmare. There were so many people lining up even with a reservation you had to line up and put your name down and wait for them to text you. We waited for about half an hour and then were seated right by the kitchen. The waitress was good but my granddaughter’s chicken was burned. The ladies room was nasty. We used to go there all the time but it is not the same. Sorry but we won’t be going back. Such a shame.

We made a reservation for 7 people and got right in and the crab dip was delicious. Our waiter was attentive. Next time we will sit outside though.

We dined in there food was good but way over priced a waffle and three drinks was close to 60 dollars we will probably not. Go back to this restaurant oh yead did get a bagel biscuit . Everything was just overly. Expensive we will look for better place to go next time .
