the place is a total disaster, the driveway is prmanently closed, the roof is full of mold and leaks, soda and juice machines broken, the chicken was awful and have the size it used to be. i don't know what happened to that place! it used to be great! not anymore.

For a Boston Market standard it is very far. I eat Boston Market all the time, first and last time at this location. The chicken is different, very dry not even seasoned like an old chicken sitting there for days. The sweet mashed potato was filled with water. It didn’t taste like anything from what it needs to be. The only thing that tastes standard was the sweet bread even if it was Brocken. It was like a crumbs of a cake. If they don’t fix these issues they need to shut down this location. I’m never coming there again.

Apparently Boston Market is going out of business. Limited menu due to "supply-chain shortages" in a post covid world is a bad sign. Close the doors and put something else at this location.

Ordered two meals from here through Postmates and when our order arrived I was missing half of the order and had a wrong item. We ordered an individual meal with meatloaf and Mac and cheese (which we received) and a Nashville hot sandwich and some spicy nuggets (which we did not receive) but somehow we got a chicken noodle soup which we didn’t order. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service from this restaurant, I wish there were another location that had better service near us but this is the only location. The food is great, if we receive it, but the service as per usual, distasteful.

Left Boston Market disappointed as always. Not only was the screen no working properly but when my husband mentioned it to the woman at the window she said "ok" and walked away. No customer service what so ever! They only had a few items from the menu at 6PM, chicken and meatloaf. So we ordered a 1/2 chicken platter and a meatloaf platter and surprise, surprise there was stuff missing as always. They had one job! Get home to find that the bread that we paid for was in fact a hard sandwich bun instead of corn bread. Why not tell us there's no corn bread!? No one wants a stale piece of sandwich bread! This place has gone downhill fast over the last few years. The restaurant looks run down and they can't even keep it staffed half the time. My family and I will not be coming back to this place.

food has no flavor, portions are small , and the restaurant is really in need of repairs. lots of dirty spots, and they look under staff. this place needs to be closed or have management do an entire renovation.
Far from what it used to be. The quarter chicken is tiny.... let's just say the cornbread they provide is bigger than the quarter chicken. My favorite from them which is the sweet potato tasted horrible. Even my kids said the Mac n cheese tasted different and bad. Don't waste your time or money.

We order our food by Uber eats at 6:30 the driver mark the order locked up then said he didn't have it. But yet they charged us and no food.

Chicken was not ready during lunch hours. 48 minute wait when first walked in the door. Servers kept telling new customers 30 minute wait after having already waited 30 minutes from initial entry. Servers dropped the ball.
I think this place closed down. Web says open until eleven, but we just drove by and all the lights are off and doors locked.
Place used to be full, alive. Now it's empty the ovens are empty. Mind you the good was great. Service also.
