Our waitress on Thursday night was suppose to leave but stayed to take care of our table of 8. She was fantastic! This was at the southland mall location.

I can't even grade the food because it never came out. We put the order for the kids first and waited for an hour and 30 mins. We had to leave without eating. Only 1 server in the whole restaurant. The manager was absent, never approached us and we had to leave without eating. Never going to this place again. Unless new management comes in this place should not have their lease renewed when the new South City Place is built. This is an honest review. Go somewhere else.

On a recent visit with a friend we walked in at 9pm on a Monday. No hostest. More then half the tables had prior customers food sitting on them which had been there for some time. I saw no one cleaning the tables. We decided to sit at the bar the atmosphere was less then inviting. Observed a few customers sitting eating out of to go containers and the smell of stale sour beer coming from the bar area was overwhelming. The appearance of the room was unkept and dirty. The staff looked dischanted. Were is management and corporate very disappointed.We left and went someone were else. My advice take a look around before commiting I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like ..

Jo, Tiffany and Helen were super down to earth and friendly. After having a bad experience at another restaurant we ended at this Buffalo Wild Wings and these ladies made our night.

The food was horrible! The fried traditional wings and fries were dry and stale, the grilled chicken on the salad was like dry and rubbery, I couldn't eat it. The salad it self was ok. I couldn't finish the strawberry lemonade it was super sweet and syrupy. I don't know if this is was really bad day or if this is a new standard. I have eaten here before and it was good. But this day was such a bad experience that I probably would not return.

Went for dinner 8/1/25 at 10:10 pm. Hostess was no where to be seen. Than came with bad attitude took two menus, walked to a table, threw the menus on the table and walked away. We just left.
