Beyond terrible. Try to place an order in the app each time I would hit submit the order. It would tell me my credit card was declined. I did this five times. Now I’m looking at my bank account and there are five charges pending. Not to mention when I arrived at the store and had selected curbside, they don’t do curbside, so I’m wondering how long I would’ve sat outside if I didn’t have this credit card issue that I had to take care of inside. There’s nothing in the app or in the curbside area saying that they don’t do curbside. When I went in, of course they didn’t have my order. They were out of all soft drink drinks, all tea, Mayonnaise and Louisiana fries. One lady working spoke zero English and the other one spoke very very limited English. It’s really hard to take care of a credit card issue when they can’t even understand what you’re saying. Obviously I had to contact corporate. The store was dirty, and one of the ladies was eating and could barely pull herself away from eating to Attempt to help me. But remember, she didn’t really speak English so she couldn’t help me. It’ll be a miracle if I don’t get food poisoning.

Don’t try the strawberry lemonade. The strawberries syrup tastes SOUR and honestly is not worth spending $6 on a lemonade

I ordered two combos when I got the sandwich’s and the drinks, I asked for my fries and they told me it was not included. They told me combo is not by number instead is a reference for what you can order. I told them I ordered the combo which is drink, sandwich and fries and they told I was wrong.
Note to the owner: please explain and we’ll train your employees. You just lost 2 repeating customers.

1.Staff has the biggest attitude even the manager.
2. Lemonade taste like water.
3.They have no ice.
4. They are stingy with the food and portions.
5. Flavourless meat.
6. Don't have mayo or ketchup.
7. Won't give you an extra plate even if you bought a large sub and you want to split it.
8. Lettuce is awful and old.
9. Save your money and your better off going to another location to eat.

I ordered my daughter a small combo. They were out of small cups and said I had to pay extra for the large cup. Not sure why I have to pay extra when it's not my fault they don't have the correct size. Also the workers did not speak any English which made things alot worse!!!

This place is crap the food has no flavor. They are super stingy. We needed an extra tray and they said no. I also ordered loaded fries the cheese was awful super water down just like the ranch. Will not come back ever.

Worst $34 ever spent.

Paid $34.19 for two meals at Charleys Cheesesteaks and received the bare minimum literally. The place was empty, which now makes complete sense. I asked for an extra cup after already purchasing a drink, just so I could share it — and it was denied, Seriously?

Asked for ranch, also denied , even though they charge $0.60 for it. Absolutely absurd.

The chicken wings tasted like fish, according to my son. He didn’t even finish them. While the overall taste of the food wasn’t horrible, it definitely didn’t justify the price tag.

Customer service was cold, robotic, and completely inflexible. For those prices, you’d expect at least a basic level of courtesy or accommodation.

Total letdown. Won’t be back.

Worst sandwich ever! I ordered the Chicken Phily, it had 3 chopped green peppers, 3 sliced mushrooms (literally). Soggy and sad! Not enough chicken and no sauce just a lot of mayo. Don't waste your money here!!!!

Ask for a combo come to find out that the combo just fries and the chicken wings no beverage. Never again would I ever come to this place again Staff or all Cuban don’t even talk English. And most of the time they spent talking with each other in and out while people are waiting in front. horrible place horrible attitude of the staff

Love this chain, skip when you go to this mall. Ordered a regular combo. Asked for regular fries and regular lemonade. I go to pay and see that I’m being charged large. I bring it to the cashiers attention (Rina according to my receipt) that I would like regular, not large. After looking at my receipt realizing she only changed the size of the sandwich. I did not finish my drink or my fries which is why I wouldn’t have ordered or paid for a Large. Not only that but I witnessed her being rude to one of her coworkers and it offset the entire experience

I don’t want to give them any stars . The lady at the front has absolutely no customer service. I stood there for a good 2-3 mins while she filled out a deposit slip at run front counter . I had to ask her if she was ready. No thank you nothing.. I will
Never ever go there again. And the prices are NOT worth the trouble . Can wait till they demolish this place !!!!

Went there yesterday for the first time and the Hispanic lady tired to overcharge me for a combo the meal was 14.00 and she tried to charge me 21.00 the food was bad because I know they were upset about me confronting them about being overcharged. They really need some diversity there because it seems like those Hispanics at Charley’s doesn’t care nothing about getting their hours
