Poor customer service, I arrived at the store at 5:30pm to place a take out order and they told me that they were only offering French fries and fountain drinks because they had already closed, when the closing time is 6:00pm

Just ordered through Uber eat and what's the point of asking how you want your meal when I asked for no mayo (allergic to it ) add pickles then the one strip of bacon on the sandwich isnt even fully cooked and I added extra cheese sauce they charge you for not in the bag my son's cookie with his kids meal what you guess also not in the bag just poor service in all then they have no contact number for the actual place !

This Charley’s really over charged for a regular sandwich combo between me and my wife it came out to 35 and we had a small set of fries like honestly this place is not worth it at all I’d just go to subways for a better

I ordered 2 large sandwiches along with the “gourmet fries,” which is nearly $5 after taxes only to have this very little amount added to one of the boxes. This is ROBBERY. I asked the woman why so little and she said in spanish “well the side order is basically the same size.” I know it’s just fries, but it’s certainly disappointing. I hope this review helps others make informed choices and that management takes action.

I am pissed.. I order the California ranch with fries and when I get it delivered it looked extra small and only a few fries. I got a kids meal. I always go here and I never had this happened before. I called and the didn’t understand nothing I was saying because they don’t understand English…..

This is the second time we tried to order a kids' meal. Each time was something was missing. But they still wanted to charge full price. Not willing to substitute for what is missing. Also, poor attitude. I ended up not buying anything.

Horrible attitude of the staff at the Southland Mall. The sub itself is not like others Charley's, like they use half of the ingredients the others branches use. They have only large cups of lemonade, you have to buy the large, it's ridiculous service and expensive. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and we ordered 2 subs + loaded fries + drinks. The fries came together with the sub ( we did not order combos). The appearance of this all together looked horrible, the fries should be apart and that's what my boyfriend required to this lady, a separate plate for the fries. She started yelling at him, was disrespectful, like watching a horror movie! She denied and treated him as he was asking for something free! We paid and that's not how you treat customers! This lady has serious attitude issues, a short Hispanic woman. This place is just horrible!

Terrible. Tried using my rewards to get $2 off large sandwich they refused to give me the discount even after scanning the qr code. Sandwich was really bad, tasted like the chicken was pre cooked, dry, and reheated. Large sandwich was not Large size but charged for it, hardly any meat or vegetables mostly bread for $12. I would definitely NOT recommend

First tip off is they def reject the deals from the app. That aside. Worst Charlie's ever! We walk in the and think can't go wrong with Charlie's!? Right?! No. This one is a scam. Large sandwich is a all bread medium. Dry chicken, old. These reviews are real. Wish I read reviews before hand. Who knew? Watch the generic response from this place. Disappointing to be scammed in many ways.

I hope they closed this place down the worse sub I ever eaten..smh I pay for a large sub that was 11.89 not even a combo just to have a half meat on my food. I took pictures.smh please don't waste your time go to miami sub where you pay 8.99 for a full sub with a combo.smh.. they give me a Receipt with no Contact number that I could reach for the company number or speak to someone that is running this place.. the best part is when I ask for a cup of water they told me no we have no water.smh so you mean to tell me I'm spending 11.89 and I cant get a single water...I love Charlie's when it first came out.. I used to go their a lot even had the card where they punch holes on them when you get 10 you get the next one free, but now I will never ate their ever again.. if your black please avoid this place the energy their is so nasty.. im a nice person.... that I went to DQ smoothies to get me a tropical pin acolada and tip the girl 3 dollars tip because she was so sweet to me.. she greet me with respect and didn't see colors.. so sad when people think you don't have money go sit down somewhere....

I would have given it 5 stars because the taste was amazing but the person who prepared is is kind of retarded because when it came to my house and I opened the box the cheesesteak was opened and all of the insides was all mixed with my fries, you just had to see it.
