I don’t want to give them any stars . The lady at the front has absolutely no customer service. I stood there for a good 2-3 mins while she filled out a deposit slip at run front counter . I had to ask her if she was ready. No thank you nothing.. I will
Never ever go there again. And the prices are NOT worth the trouble . Can wait till they demolish this place !!!!

Went there yesterday for the first time and the Hispanic lady tired to overcharge me for a combo the meal was 14.00 and she tried to charge me 21.00 the food was bad because I know they were upset about me confronting them about being overcharged. They really need some diversity there because it seems like those Hispanics at Charley’s doesn’t care nothing about getting their hours

Marlon helped me out so much that kid deserves a raise and promotion will be coming back because of him

Real bad costumer service the staff instead of advertise the product they say that the portions are super small and not worth it just because they don't want to work

Every online is order they get wrong. They can’t follow instructions

The food at this place is terrible. I went to the mall Saturday thinking I was going to get Japanese but saw the advertisement at OCharley so I changed my mind. I ordered wings, fries, and a Philly. The food on the advertisement look so good I just knew my food would be good.

My wings were hard and over cooked, Fries had no salt, and the Philly fell apart like slop.. I paid over $30 for something I could have went to publix and got for $15.. I suggest everyone avoid this POS restaurant.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced at the Southland Mall (Cutler bay-Homestead) and it is even sadder that Hispanics are the ones damaging this food place. 1) I asked for a Philly cheesesteak combo and they don’t ask what size do you want they just assumed and puts the larger ones and then the cashier said they can’t reverse the order entered in the register; 2) I asked for NO green pepper and it’s in the order receipt but they put on it, cooker don’t read; 3) and it’s supposed to be large fries but I could counted about 6 fries; 4) more bread than meat & 6 fries for $18.70; 5) they don’t care how the food must be in the box they just throw it. This franchise should be supervised because it discredits the brand. In other places the services, food and environmental are great! But here it’s the worse

I don’t understand how this place is still open. The uneducated workers give you a horrible experience. The sandwiches are overpriced. But the worse is the attitude you get there like they are doing you a favor. Stay away.

I spent 18.48 because there was no combo for I ordered. I had the turkey bacon club without bacon , fries and mango lemonade. The food temperature was fine. We got our food fast because we were only ones in line. The food taste okay but it's expensive. I don't know the next time I will eat there.

I explained to the Spanish Cuban lady Rogelio menedez at the register, that she charged me for all large on my order and immediately she starts having an attitude and acting extremely rude , with me in front of other guest and people in the dining area. I explained to her to be professional and she kept talking about it and a rude and unprofessional manner. This place must hire anyone ? Or the manager has the same level of professionalism as the employees. You have to cater to the customers and ensure that all there demand and services are being followed by excellent customer service. It was not about the price, the lady states I have to read the register screen , and she does not have to ask me what size I want ? Really every you to they ask medium or large . I didn’t know you start with the highest size first . It cost more money , it was like 40$ dollars, and then I’ve been to other Charley’s they add the fries in another box they put a little bit of fries . How is that large ? Y’all need to train your people and correct this behavior. You can’t have employees talk down to customers. Please address this with your staff don’t just be letting stuff go cause this will cost you business in the future.

Came at 5:45 waited 5 mins by the grill for service. No one came. I called the store, no one came. I shouted “Hello?” and someone came out eating a sandwich and told me they were now closed and I could only get fries and drink. I would’ve understood, but the whole cold case was still full and the grill hot. I work in the mall and was looking for a quick bite. Its really disappointing to rush to the food court after a shift and be told no while he’s literally eating in your face.

I didn’t believe the 2.9 stars at first…but sheesh!

The ladies working here couldn’t care less about how that food came out. They just wanted to get back to gossiping in k the back kitchen.

I love Charley’s in the airports, their phillys are always my favorite. But if you want all bread no meat for $16 total in Miami…waste your money here. Go to any of the other spots in the food court, they’re better than here! Bread was bad, meat was fine, provolone wasn’t melted, the extra 79 cents for buff sauce, wasn’t on it. Sheesh, it was a bad sandwich 😂🤦‍♂️

And the kid at the front was about as antisocial as they come. I wanted a combo but wasn’t sure if he rung it up that way since he just walked away into the back of the kitchen. Anyways, that’s my rant. Go eat teriyaki across the way.

The food was OK my drink was awful I had 🍓 lemonade and the strawberry was rotten

The worst Customer Service I have come across in a long time. The Lady at the Register was rude to my children and I and acted as if us placing an order was an inconvenience. She continued to roll her eyes and was very short and rude when we asked her a question about the Menu. On top of everything the food was not good at all. Guaranteed we will NEVER be going back there. Do NOT go there!!
