Whoever did this should be fired. I ordered from DoorDash and was given a raw cookie. Am I supposed to bake it myself? I don’t see that on the menu. I’ve never in my life seen something like this.Edit: Customer Service got back to me and resolved the issue. So the customer service is very good at least. Rating changed from 1 to 5.

I had a pretty minor issue with my order yesterday. I’m human enough to admit that I overreacted to a degree. Within 24 hours the issue was more than resolved. Rina provides excellent customer service & is an wonderful problem solver. Today I came back for their delicious California Chicken sandwiches & I’ll continue returning to this location in Southland Mall in Cutler Bay. Best sandwiches ever!
